This is a fraud company
This is a fraud company. I had a disappointing experience with Social Growth Lab regarding marketing and lead generation services for my business “Carvosh.”
Before payment, I was informed that the total service cost would be ₹6000. However, after the payment, additional GST charges were suddenly asked for, which were never clearly communicated earlier.
A WhatsApp group was created and some advertisement activity was done, but the campaign performance and leads were not effective as promised. When I raised concerns regarding the results and requested a refund/cost adjustment, I received very unprofessional communication from the CEO, Anurag Pillai, and later all members were removed from the group without any proper resolution or support.
Overall, the experience felt poorly managed and unprofessional. I would strongly advise others to clearly document all pricing, deliverables, refund terms, and communication commitments before making any payment.
