Even for basic this it not worth the money.


I feel completely ripped off by Social Owl, and I’m warning anyone considering it to stay far away. They lured me in with promises of effortless post scheduling, but it's been a nightmare from the start. Posts that were supposed to go live never did. I wish I had done my homework and read the reviews before jumping in because this has been nothing but a waste of time and money. I had a yearlong subscription for an area but I am pretty sure there is no limits to how many people can have the same area. The training videos are not enough.

Here’s why you should avoid this platform:
• Post scheduling is a complete disaster—most of my posts failed to go live as planned. It was hard to connect social media accounts and no support.
• Website: The custom website they brag about is a joke—it's very basic looking and adds no real value. Honestly for the look of the website you can create a better one on your own.
• Marketing material, scripts: You can create all the marketing materials with AI yourself, including scripts and etc.
• Analytics? Don’t even bother. They barely provide any useful metrics, just a couple of basic ones that are almost irrelevant. When I asked about more comprehensive analytics, no reply.
• Marketing Support, education: They offer marketing classes that are so basic you can get them from YouTube for free.
• Customer Support: And don’t get me started on customer support—it’s practically nonexistent. I’ve reached out multiple times, and they’ve completely ignored me. I even replied to posts within the platform and no replies for all to see.

I regret signing up for this.

I was lured into Social Owl with…

I was lured into Social Owl with promises of seamless post-scheduling and innovative AI tools, but it's been a disaster. A huge chunk of my posts never went live as planned. The platform's organization is all over the place, especially on essential pages like Contact and Payment. Even their boasted AI tool seems shallow and underwhelming. And don't get me started on the analytics – it misses out on so many key metrics. To top it off, their customer support is ghosting me despite my multiple attempts to reach out. At this point, it feels like I've been scammed. I urge everyone to think twice before spending your hard-earned money here.

1. The post scheduling is a mess, with so many of my posts failing. If I can’t post/schedule with it efficiently why should I pay for it?
2. The features are clunky and lack customization. The Contact page, Payment page, and the other ones too, you can’t customize them or do anything according to your need.
3. Even their boasted AI tool seems shallow and underwhelming. It seems they just added it for the sake of the name.
4. Analytics? Don’t get me started with this, they only show one/two metrics, and the rest have no value to them, even I asked them about it and they aren’t interested in other metrics.
5. Client information (profile) can’t be removed you can only hide it from the dashboard.
6. No community or forum on social media, no videos on YouTube, even their website seems a half-baked idea. I saw their recorded webinars on the platform just talk about how to get clients but not about the platform at all.
7. Worst of all? Their customer support is practically non-existent. I've tried reaching out multiple times with no luck.

Don’t buy this and regret it like me. Honestly, it feels borderline scammy. Save your money and frustration – steer clear of this one!
