Realitycentre.co.uk bogus company

Yet another attempt by a shell company operating under another trading name to take a payment from someone who has no recollection of signing up for any services. The company attempting to take payment showde up as "reality centre.co.uk" on my bank statement however, after looking at said website the trading company is Padmer Solutions and all their details can be found on Companies House website with the company number 10886216.

Advice from Starling bank was to report the transaction to their fraud team who can investigate. My advice is to also report to ombudsman so they can investigate the trading company and person(s) involved as the bank will only look at the company that tried to take a payment.

DO NOT TRY TO CANCEL A SUBSCRIPTION THROUGH THE WEBSITE

As you will see from other reviews there will be no record of your email address and you will be invited to set up access. This is an easy way for someone to gain your details and use them or sell them on again.

With enough complaints from consumers, hopefully the company will get shut down so best of luck and just keep speaking to your bank.

THIEVES

If this company takes money from your account without consent/knowledge;

Call your bank straight away and question the payment, ask for the payment to be cancelled, request a Direct Debit Indemnity, this should lead to a refund. All possible future unauthorised attempted payments should not happen.

This company needs to answer for the blatant THIEVING of so many people..Contact the OMBUDSMAN as I have, if enough of us make a noise this will stop..

Read all the above reviews for guidance if stuck, happy to help anyone effected by this.

Scumbags

If you attempt to get payday loans online there are some dodgy companies that “sell” your info to scumbags like this. I say “sell” as I suspect it’s the same people they just use your bank details, randomly to take money months after you apply.

PLEASE READ

My friend had money being taken out his account from this company even though he never made an account nor knew what the company did. I did a bit of research and on the GOV website the company desolved in February 2020 and shouldn’t be trading I’d advise you report them so they stop doing this to other people

F-ING DISGRACE

F-ING DISGRACE.

I'm purely disgusted that companies like this exist.

THEY PRY ON THOSE THAT ARE IN FINANCIAL DIFFICULTIES.

I had not heard of the f-ing website before, checked my internet history, never f-ing accessed it on neither my phone or laptop... SO ID NEVER VISITED THE WEBSITE

I reckon they got my bank details when I was trying to apply for loans, they sneak in some kind of thing where it signs you up for a subscription, for f-ing improvement of social media score? like what the f is that and what sad f-ing life would ever need such a thing?!

So this is run by a company called Thor Marketing Ltd, with a quick google search you can see that the vile person that created this company is a Rebecca Evans, from Fleet, born 1985... can i find any contact details? no... can I contact the company through any other way than by a bogus email of 'hello' @ 'pulsescore' .co.uk, no....

So go on the webpage, try and see if i can do the 'forgot my password' option, and what do you know, the only two emails i use, both have no account associated, and so it seems this is the only way to cancel the f-ing subscription.

Honestly disgusted, so vile of a company I'm ready to head to Fleet to give Miss f-ing Evans what for.

Total scam artist

Never heard of them but like many other people they tried to take money. I tried to speak to someone from there company and I got verbally abused over the phone and then started laughing then they hanged up on me so phoned back again and got someone else who asked for my name and post code then I was told they cancelled a direct debit that I hadn’t even set up. Phoned the bank and they blocked payments out and any other payment they try to take

Pure fraud

£14.99 every months for years and it’s just currently stopped, I asked the bank and was given I had took a direct debit to a thing I’ve never heard of. I’m going to see how this happened I knew there was something wrong but they’re clearly just stealing money off me because I don’t have the slightest clue what they do or based
