Almost every positive review on here is a fake review, I am sure of it. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Their service is not what they preach to you. Nothing but fake followers. They will not honor refunds either.

I was impressed at the efforts of Social Sensei team. Till' day 1 they are reliable, honest and operate with integrity. Social Sensei helped increase my organic growth and always take time to answer my questions. Kudos to the team!

I can't figure out what is going on. I'm losing people now. I was gaining about 100 per day.

Social Sensei came in to save the day. They were efficient, straight to the point, got their projects done on time with little questions. It not only sped up our content creation, but the quality as well. Our business was completely revamped from the inside out. I don't know how they do it but I am super grateful to have worked with them and have their consistent communication and support with all of our social media and website needs.

Don't waste your time with this. I bought the organic growth package for US audience and gained not one US follower. All my followers came from Vietnam and India. After I asked why that was, they told me that they don't have influence on where the bots (not supposed to be bots) are from. Absolute waste of time and customer service sucks. Sorry guys, but that needs a lot of work.

I feel like every so often there will be no activity on my account and I have to write in to follow up. I would like to see more consistent activity for what I am paying and also would like to receive monthly growth reports like I was advised would happen when I signed up. I just feel like everything pauses or drops off until I email in and then I wind up speaking with a new person.

Never received my service. I purchased around thanksgiving, spent 500$. Not a small amount of money, and they kept just telling me my order was processing for 3 weeks until i cancelled on them before they charged me another 500$ for the next month without even delivering my 1st month.

I would not recommend working with them – they are very disorganized. The communication with the assistants was awful. They did not send reports as they said they would. I saw some growth but it was slow and it did not meet my expectations. They also followed accounts that didn’t have anything to do with my niche. Not a good experience.

Stay Away, I did my research on this company before i chose to work with it and I still got scammed. Fake phone numbers, automated answer machines and only communicate through emails. I placed and order for 500$ over 2 weeks ago and its just been PENDING the whole time, they keep sending emails with a whole bunch of excuses to why its being delayed, but nobody will answer the phone or call me back. They about to charge me another 500 for December and they havnt even delivered my service for November yet !

I will not wait any longer while they string me along, i cancelled and I am waiting to get a refund from my bank now

The start of my service with SS was a mess. There was a ton of miscommunication, too many zoom sessions to explain why things were a mess, but once I got an "advanced" associate to work with me things smoothed out. That said, the content put out was way too repetitive - always looked the same, nothing new with the design, and nothing interactive - just the same image with designs just moved around. It worked but it was disappointing. My distributor hired a SMM who in just 1 wk of work has shown what SS should be doing for their clients.

Lack of initiative. Couldn’t get one thing done the way I was promised it would be.

Update 2/1/24: They worked hard for the first 4 months to gain me a few hundred followers a month, which I was very pleased with. However, as soon as I left a positive review (on 10/27/2023 now edited to this review), performance dramatically declined. I stopped getting any new followers or performance reports and when I inquired about it I was told they were focusing on unfollowing users for a healthy ratio, however this went on for months. I tried to be patient with them but I paid $200 a month for 3 months ($600 total) to gain 250 followers- when the absolute minimum guaranteed per my subscription was 120 followers/month. When I finally complained about it to my account manager this month and requested for this to be rectified for free per the company satisfaction policy- I never received a reply. The team also caused my Instagram account to now regularly be restricted with “You can’t follow accounts right now”, by not working on my account for weeks at a time then mass following/unfollowing users. So I obviously feel wronged and upset by all this, but never even got a response. Despite no reply I noticed activity increase on my account to try to hit the minimum 360 followers for 3 months, but I don’t feel the $600 I paid since Halloween were well spent on 360 followers- when I initially I was getting easily over 300 in a single month. I’m disappointed and just cancelled my subscription.

Our team is so so grateful for Social Sensei. They have been tremendously helpful with strategy & content, with such quick execution. After working with their team for just a couple of days I could tell they were a team of professionals. Exceptional customer service and strategy for my growth. They're always quick to help me with any problems or questions I have, and the growth has been amazing.

Diabolical in every way! Lots of empty promises, a high turn over of (totally incompetent) staff and lots of lots of mistakes. All in all, it was a total waste of money and it took many precious hours clean up the mess that they made on my account. Avoid! Not worth the headache.
