I worked as an affiliate on Social Snowball for the Hizoo brand. After generating sales, I had $228 in approved commissions marked as "Ready" for payout. Before I could withdraw my earnings, my affiliate account was removed without any notice.

When I contacted Social Snowball support, they told me they couldn't do anything because they don't control payouts, even though the commissions were approved and visible on their platform.

This was a very disappointing experience. As an affiliate, I expected some level of protection or accountability from the platform. Instead, I was left with unpaid approved commissions and no solution. Based on my experience, there is no guarantee you'll receive your earned commissions if a brand decides not to pay.

Also when I contact with the official brand then they said they doesn't has such affiliate campaign so this seems totally a fraud case.

I'm compelled to share my experience with Old Money's non-payment of earned commissions, totaling $652.66. As an Indian influencer who partnered with their brand ambassador affiliate program in 2025, I worked with Social Snowball to create promotional materials. Despite driving substantial business for Old Money last year, I've yet to receive payment for my earned commission. The brand acknowledged my earnings and provided records, but emails to went unresponded. After Social Snowball's team advised me to contact Old Money directly, the founder responded, offering assistance, but subsequently stopped communicating after receiving documentation. With payment overdue by over 7 weeks, I'm turning to Trustpilot to hold Old Money accountable. I invite other influencers who have faced similar issues with Old Money to reach out to me at smita.dominique. They refused to take responsibility and allowing scammers to run business

The customer service is quite poor - borderline making the platform unusable, as it does have a few issues. They dont man the chat or respond to the support@ email address. Even once you are a paying customer and they send you an invite to schedule a meeting with a CSM via Hubspot, no meeting actually gets booked. So you are just wasting your time contacting them.

I had high hopes for the platform, so i am hoping they will fix this up, but so far it is about as bad as it can be for a SaaS provider.

They allow scammy companies (like Just Meats) that don’t actually follow through on paying affiliates the money they owe to continue exploiting influencers through their platform. Enablers.

Great software - best affiliate tracking tool on the market.

This is the most frustrating experience I have ever had. I’m pretty sure Friday paddles uses it to keep agent-buyers from entering their dashboard to claim their rewards. It keeps you from setting your own password, one you can remember, in favor of a long mysterious chain of nonsense it won’t let you copy and save.

Sent me a email imitating the essence vault as I’m an affiliate. Makes out you have a load of commissions,
Points you towards tremendous.com to receive payouts and that then states tremendous.com isn’t verified with Google. Left me very confused 🤷‍♂️
