I ordered a total of 4 shirts. 2 standard collar and 2 v-neck. I assumed with the v-neck they were women's and would be a little fitted, they are not. They are very rough, not soft like t-shirt material. I'm really hoping that a few wash cycles will soften up the material.
The graphics are nice, but I think these shirts will end up being house shirts instead of making a statement shirts...which is why I bought them.
The shipping took a long time and came in 3 different packages over 3 weeks. I attributed it to the holidays but after seeing other reviews that may not be the case.
If you need a gift in a hurry, this is not the way to go.

I bought this for my daughter in law who is a physician. I thought it would be a great gift for either Christmas or her birthday.

My daughter is a wife, a mother...and a doctor, a family practitioner. I know that sounds like a cliche--"My daughter, the doctor"--but it is something she worked very hard to attain. I wanted to get her a birthday gift that would recognize her achievement in a truly lighthearted way. The mug I purchased did exactly that. Her delight and laughter when I gave it to her was all I needed to know it was "the right gift."

After voicing my complaint with the "CHAT" agent (can't get a live person), the option to leave feedback mysteriously did not work; a smiling and a frowning face were given as options to choose from.

I agree with all the bad reviews here on this company. I ordered two items, a 20oz tumbler and a tee-shirt. I received the tumbler but not the tee-shirt. I wrote many emails requesting an update on when i would receive this item and all they do is apologize and say it's on its way. I don't believe them. I will continue to complain and write as many bad reviews as I can. This company sucks and I will NEVER order from them again.

I really enjoyed my poster. The quality is excellent and the customer service to resolve the delay was solved with grace.

I would give zero stars if that were an option. I received, on April 2, 2021, a t-shirt that I ordered on July 4, 2020. So that only took two days shy of 9 MONTHS for delivery. Do not give your money to this company. They lied throughout this process, told me this t-shirt was in production no fewer than four times, told me this t-shirt was being delivered no fewer than four times, refused to give me a refund, refused to try to reconcile this order in a speedy manner. Funny how this t-shirt arrived pretty quickly after I gave them bad reviews every place I could find several weeks ago.

I ordered a cup and a water bottle (Miss, Ms., DR,). The cup arrived broken. Although the return process was a bit cumbersome, the cup was replaced in a timely manner.
My daughter-in-law took her water container to work and also posted a picture of it on Facebook. Several of her friends have now ordered their own.

I just want to say what a great experience I had with this company! Ordered my poster, got delivered very quickly and they stayed in constant contact through the whole process! Would order from them again for sure!
