I ordered a t-shirt and two mugs on 5/25/2020. I received the mugs on 6/3/2020. I still have not gotten my t-shirt. The first e-mail response I got from them said it was scheduled to be shipped on 6/23; the e-mail was sent on 7/1. On 7/20, they offered me a 50% refund, and while they sent me a partial refund, it was not 50%.

I filed a claim with the Indiana Attorney General today. Please file your own complaint with them here: File a complaint with the Indiana AG!

You can also file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission for violation of both the Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule and the Fair Credit Billing Act.

Have waited two months for two tshirts. I doubt they will ever arrive.

Do Not purchase anything from the Speaking Society. I purchased a tshirt on 6/7/20 and was told it would ship in 5 to 15 days. After a month, my order was still in the "in process" mode. I requested a refund and was told my order would be coming soon. My order then moved to "printing" which is the 2nd stage before shipping and has been sitting there for another month. I've asked for a refund twice and they refuse to do so. I see other reviewers are having the same experience. I think this company goes under different names as I have seen the same "one of a kind" tshirt advertised under a different company name. Buyer beware.

I ordered June 11 as a gift. They refuse to cancel my order after it has been “printing” for over a month. I have received percentages off for each email I have sent but no longer want to item. DO NOT give them your money. You will never see it again!

I think positive reviews are fake.

Two shirts ordered June 26. No movement past “Order Printing” for over three weeks. I contacted Customer Service and got form responses. Really regretting this right now.

I ordered a tee shirt as a birthday present a month ago and cannot get status. They don't recognize the order number now, say the format is not correct and it is exactly the format of their orders. So,I have paid $34.98 for a tee shirt and there is no response from these thieves. Indiana, a scam, not surprised at all. Feel like a fool.

Ordered a women’s 2XL T-shirt and received a women’s medium. Tried again and was shipped another women’s medium and totally different t-shirt sty. Don’t recommend using this site!!

Similar complaint as the rest of the customers. Ordered in June and still no product. I have received two refunds, one for 10% and the second for 20%. Bummed to read review that quality is poor as shirts are gifts, although birthdays have passed. Argh! What other recourse do we have? Is there a place on FB for reviews so others don't get sucked in?

Ordered in early June. My $30.98 is gone. No T-shirt no explanation and today is the 22nd of July. This is rather tRumpish!

Lovely Rosie the Riveter shirt, vibrant color. Covid delays but no worse than other things ordered elsewhere. I will order from this company again.

Today is July 18th, STILL haven’t received a shirt I ordered on June 25th. Not able to speak with, a REAL person, to inquire if I’m going to receive it???!!!

Ordered t-shirt in May, still not arrived despite money being taken from my account. No opportunity to chat/email directly with the company, so keep filling out claim forms just to receive a response saying I can't be given a refund and a new "delivery" date. I just want my money back!

Still waiting for ANY communication > one month after order date, nothing. Please note, all of the 4 and 5 star reviews are fake, most last names are a color, typical Chinese bulshit reviews.

Really surprised at all the positive reviews, given my experience, which has been horrible.

I ordered 4 T-shirts as gifts in May; they finally arrived in July, after I followed up multiple times with the company. I was thoroughly disappointed: Ts were poor quality, rough cotton; cut men's style rather than ladies, as ordered; too small of a fit, despite using the size chart; and one color was completely different than the one advertised.

Obviously, I contacted the company's customer service to request a refund. To my surprise, I got nothing but a run-around of cut and paste responses, purposeful obtuseness, and avoidance of my questions about the quality of their product. They repeatedly told me to fill out their "claim form" - which didn't address my issue - and insisted that they couldn't offer a refund, despite being able to send more T-shirts.

I have to say, this proves my reluctance to purchase from unknown retailers on the internet. The shoddy product is covered by a poor customer service model, one that clearly acknowledges the sad quality of the work by avoiding responsibility to the customer. I'd suggest avoiding this company and saving your money.

I love my shirt. One of few that I have ordered on line that was true to size and great printing. I was aware of possible delay due to covid-19 and did not worry when it took a bit longer. When I received the shirt I was also amazed at the quality of the shirt. Thank you and will visit/order again.

This company responded right away when my book was late due to Covid-19 and a shortage of delivery drivers.
When it arrived, it was in perfect shape.
