Love my sock subscription! I got one for my birthday and everything month it's like a little burst of joy.

One month's delivery went missing, they responded to my question right away and have promised a re-delivery.

Fantastic

Fantastic. Bought a pair of brown cashmere socks for my partner for our upcoming wedding. The socks are amazing material, great quality and so soft. Excellent customer service and product

These people and their socks are excellent. I have recently moved house and I discovered, as I paid, the socks were being sent to my old address, D'oh. I fired off an email and the socks arrived at my new address within 72 hours. Fantastic.
The socks are a good fit, comfortable and fun. Just what you want in a woman, I mean socks !

Possibly the very best socks in the world.
I bought the cashmere wool knee socks and what can I say? They are a delight to wear, and I ve tried socks from major brands in cashmere and silk and these are my favourite. Thank you sock people!

Big 5⭐ review from me! This is now my 4th year subscribed to Sock Geeks and I’ve honestly never been disappointed. The quality, designs, and monthly surprises always make it feel special.
This year I also ordered their cashmere socks for my mum and she absolutely loves them. They’re incredibly soft, luxurious, and perfect luxury packed for gifting. I loved them so much I ended up ordering every colour. Highly recommend if you want socks that are fun, premium, and always reliable. Harry is a star nothing is to much trouble. Amazing quality and exceptional service.

Very disappointing

Ordered a sock subscription for 6 months starting in August. Received 1 pair of socks since then. Contacted the company almost 1 month ago and was told they would be sending the remaining socks - which have still not arrived. Great if the socks arrive, but the whole point was for them to arrive monthly

Very disappointed

Very disappointed with the sock crackers I ordered for Xmas. Even more disappointed with lack of response from complaint to customer service. Won’t use them again nor recommend to others.

Update:
Company have eventually reached out to me and offered some compensation and an apology. I have therefore updated my review to 3 stars.

Replacement pair sent

Received a faulty pair of cashmere socks as a gift. The socks were not cheap so was disappointed to receive a pair i could not use.
Could not get in contact with anyone until after the new year, but once they were aware of the problem, a replacement pair was sent out. Unfortunately the colour originally bought was now out of stock, but the replacement pair are perfect. Thank you.

I have benefitted from many promotional…

I have benefitted from many promotional discounts enabling me to purchase a few pairs of socks. The longer knee length boot socks and bamboo socks have rather tight elasticated tops. Too tight for my slim legs. The cashmere socks have been a godsend. Soft and light to wear, warm and comfortable, an absolute delight. Delivery has been quick and each order has been beautifully boxed. Although bought for myself, it feels like I'm receiving a gift! I hope to buy more of the cashmere socks in future.

Brilliant gift idea

Brilliant gift idea – fun, personal and amazing quality!
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I genuinely love Sock Geeks. I gifted a subscription to my partner (who is notoriously picky!) and he’s been excited about every monthly delivery. The socks are not only super comfortable and durable, but the designs are hilarious, quirky and genuinely original – much better than what you find in shops.

What really stands out is the personal touch. From the custom packaging to the little stories behind each design, you can tell a lot of care has gone into the product. It’s a unique, thoughtful gift and a fun treat that makes people smile – which is what it’s all about.

I had one delivery that arrived a bit late, but Harry from customer service sorted it out immediately and was lovely to deal with. Can’t fault the support.

Highly recommend if you’re looking for something a bit different. It’s the small businesses like this that deserve the support – and Sock Geeks has definitely earned mine!

Avoid and use Happy Socks instead

My sister bought me a subscription for my birthday in Dec 24. First three pairs arrived ok but since February, nothing. Contacted Harry and got no reply. Followed up and the same response - nothing. This seems consistent with other reviews, no socks and no response over the last few months. I've given up with them and my sister is asking her card issuer to start the chargeback process. Avoid and use Happy Socks instead.

Really poor service and Communication

Took out a subscription for my son in law for his birthday in May. One pair of socks arrived about 9th May, since then nothing. Harry also doesn't reply to any emails. For example immediately (within minutes) of placing the order I asked him to delay posting so the socks arrived closer to the birthday date. No reply and contrary to what Harry says in his reply no he didn't delay the delivery and they arrived a full week early and I have proof. Then I was inundated with marketing emails. I've since enquired when the next pair of socks will arrive. No response. However, after my review here and a comment on Facebook, hey presto, the socks are despatched - about a fortnight after they should have been. But will the final three pairs arrive without any social media intervention? I'll keep you posted!

I just wanted to clarify a couple of things that may help explain what happened:
As soon as we received your message today, we replied asking for either the email address used or the delivery postcode so we could locate the subscription. Once we had the postcode, we followed up promptly with a full update.
As per your original request, we delayed the first delivery so the gift would arrive closer to your son-in-law’s birthday on May 16th. To keep the timing consistent, we also held back the June socks slightly. The second pair was dispatched yesterday via Royal Mail and should arrive by the end of this week.
We completely understand how important clear communication is, especially when it comes to gifts, and I sincerely apologise for any confusion or inconvenience caused. Please kindly check your spam or junk folder, as our initial reply included a thank-you message and confirmation that we would dispatch according to your instructions.
We also received your most recent message this morning and responded within four hours - though I do apologise if that still felt delayed in any way.
Thank you again for your order - we truly appreciate your support and hope your son-in-law enjoys the rest of his sock surprises!

I’ve been a subscriber for a few months now and can honestly say these are the best socks Ihave ever owned. The quality is fantastic is super soft, durable, and the designs are so fun and unique.
What really stood out for me though is the customer service. I had a small issue with sizing on one order and the team were incredibly responsive and helpful they sorted it quickly and even followed up to make sure I was happy.
It’s rare to find a company that cares this much about their customers and their products. Highly recommend Sock Geeks they’ve definitely earned a loyal fan here!

European customers will pay local VAT and import duties

I am a customer based in Europe and I’ve made a purchase from Sock Geeks in the amount of 210.32 euros plus 30.95 euros of shipping. The prices stated on Sock Geeks site are in euros and there is no remark about the incidence of VAT, import duties and other eventual custom clearance charges for deliveries in Europe. I ended up payment 108,32 euros of additional charges to have the socks delivered to me. Therefore, if you are located in Europe be aware that you will end up paying approximately 100% more than the prices that you see stated on the Sock Geeks site.
