We’ve been working with Sophie and her team since Sep ‘22. They are always professional in their manner, very accomadting (I’m know to be very last minute, but they always still get things done on time, even when I’m late providing information), they provide us with a full one stop package.

I’m updated weekly (if not more) on tasks that are ahead and completed. They sometimes suggest extra tasks (within our package price) that I wouldn’t even think of, to help us develop and grow.

We’ve recently started running adverts with their help and they are helping us get returns well above the industry standard.

Just last week they suggested a app change on Shopify that is going to save us £60 a month ! Everyone’s experience is different with companies but I can honestly say I have always had good interaction and service from all the team at Soda Digital. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them (although I think there’s currently a waiting list ! )

The worst website and marketing agency ever. Charged £50 per hour to literally change a theme on shopify. Avoid at all costs. Don’t know anything about managing projects. Let me down 4 days before launch date. Avoid avoid avoid

Sophie has been incredibly patient whilst building my website during a move from woocommerce to shopify. I wanted to completely overhaul the site without merging it and there hasn’t been a single task that’s not been completed to the exact specification I wanted. Her knowledge of shopify is invaluable and I can’t wait to continue working with Soda Digital for my klaviyo marketing.
