This was my first time ordering my refill from SodaFizz, I was pleasantly surprised by the prompt service. The company provided confirmation of my order with details of my delivery date and time, then again let me know when my order was out for delivery on the day agreed upon. I will certainly order again.

The cost was less than I pay at local grocery stores, even including the delivery charge. And delivery was right on time as advertised.

Not often is convenient more affordable! In this case though it is. Not only was it convenient and affordable, but it was also very quick. Soda Fizzassist even went beyond and delivered to us after I had mistakenly given the wrong address. The canisters are the same as I would great at the retailer. I am excited to use this service again and again.

The customer service was great. The communication was perfect and I was able to ensure the product was ready by receiving a reminder. As well as knowing the product had been delivered so we could retrieve right away. It was a smooth process.

I love my soda stream but it is often a hassle to refill the cartridges. And lots of times the local stores are out. This was the best service I found it's half the price and delivery is right to your door!!! Love it will definitely use over and over again!!!

Requested pickup and there was a time slot that day! Service was fast and I was notified by text the whole way. Also used the chat feature as I needed make a slight change to my order, and it happened no problem.

Wanted to try out this service based on reviews I read here. I’m sure everything is fine with their product, but when asked where these are refilled, they were quite short with me. Reluctantly they told me their refill location is not disclosed and that “the refill location they pay rent for and not at our house”. Again when asked where, they denied to share and said they don’t offer pick-ups.
If a business is not willing to share details about their food product that we INGEST and where it’s being filled, stored, cleaned, etc. that’s a red flag for me and probably health Canada. I’ll pay $20 at superstore before risking my families health in a “mystery location”. I tried supporting your YEG business.

I can’t seem to reply. My point is I’d rather pay full price than risk the health of my children with your “mystery” filling location. You are correct, there are several other filling locations in Edmonton. Like you I found them on Kijiji and “Keith” is who we normally use as he is very transparent (unlike you). He’s been doing this for years. Although I appreciate your response, you still definitely have work to do and are a lawsuit waiting to happen.
Sure, customers should just take your word for everything you’re saying? Wonder why delivery services are popular? People know where their product is coming from. We live in a world where anything can be ordered from the seats of our couches. We do this because we know the products come from a trusted source. You in fact are doing the opposite. In fact, you just get defensive when someone asks.
I asked you about more than the location and can prove it with screenshots. I was astounded to be treated so poorly and the fact that you talked to me like I was crazy for asking where your product is handled. If you’d like I can definitely make a more public post with screenshots to your unprofessional reply?
Im not looking to argue. You are a local business and that’s great. You are dealing with a food product and need to follow health guidelines. End of story. I can’t tell you how to run your business, but because of your lackluster customer service and negative responses to a legit question, you have lost a chance at earning my families business.
