The overall quality of the outfit was good , however sizing is very small. Definitely size up. Unfortunately, the items I ordered were too small and were returned. Customer service experience was appalling, I have never experienced anything like it, I was actually embarrassed for the company! Shocking wouldn’t use this company again! Rude, emails / messages ignored. Shop at companies that actually value their customers because SODAH do not! 🙅🏻‍♀️

Sadika from customer service is always nice and polite, and they resolve any issues I have with quickness.

It’s a shame that their items sell out so quickly. The sizing is a bit off sometimes, even when I size down so I miss out on items when I return them and can’t get them in the right size because it’s sold out.

Hopefully they restock.

Received my order. Took a teeny bit longer than expected but generally happy

I was looking for some bits for a holiday.

Luckily I checked out their returns policy before ordering.

I will never order from somewhere that breaches consumer rights. You have the right to cancel an online order for a refund in the uk, if you do so within 14 days.

This store only offers store credit.

It would not be worth the back and forth to get the money refunded if items don’t fit. And I don’t trust business who don’t operate within the law, especially given the mixed reviews on here.

Placed my order, noticed it didn’t ship even with express tracking option chosen, want to cancel my order as it won’t arrive in time but just get ignored. I used the online chat, email, instagram and the shop app. Do not waste your money or time with this brand.

Disappointing Experience with SodaH London
I had high hopes for SodaH London, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The clothing I ordered arrived significantly later than promised, and when it did, several items were not as described on the website. The quality of the materials was subpar, with visible defects that made the clothes unusable. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, I received little to no help and my requests for a refund or exchange were largely ignored. This level of service and product quality is unacceptable. I would not recommend SodaH London based on my experience and would advise potential customers to exercise caution.

SODAH LONDON IS A SCAM!

I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience with this company due to their disgusting customer service. I ordered a size 8 but was sent a size 14, despite the customer service representative agreeing to a full reimbursement, I faced continuous issues. I returned the incorrect item and repurchased the correct size again after they told me it’s best to expedite the process as I needed it for upcoming event (a reimbursement had been agreed), although the return was delivered to the address they provided, they claim they have not received it and are now avoiding to issue a refund. Despite providing all necessary proof and sending multiple emails, they continue to ignore my concerns and the request evidence I have already submitted. To make matters worse, the replacement item I received was the wrong size again—the same error as before.

I think I must have got lucky with my purchase as I didn’t read the other reviews before buying! I got the Graces maxi skirt in a size 8 and it fits like a glove, the quality is incredible and honestly it’s probably my favourite thing I’ve bought in years, I personally have no complaints and will buy from them again. Beware they do not offer full refunds though, you can only return for store credit!

Avoid at all cost! Appalling customer service. I returned an item in a timely manor and they have tried giving store credit instead of an official refund which I am owed. I now have klarna demanding a payment for an item I no longer have. I have sent multiple emails have had 0 response. Ridiculous.

If I could give zero I would. Quick to take your money but not quick to give you a full refund. Absolutely appalling customer service. This company deserves to be shut down. They don't know the meaning of good customer service. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AVOID!

Amazing customer service! Royal Mail delivered my parcel to the wrong address and I let them know. They swiftly sent me a new one in time for my holiday! Would definitely recommend the brand, clothes are high quality as well!

I had been eyeing the “ETERNAL” Maxi dress for a long time but every time I was ready to buy it, my size was out of stock . So I finally signed up for notifications for when then dress will be back in stock in my size . A couple weeks ago I finally got the notification and ordered immediately. The shipping time was about a week which was perfect , but when I got the dress and opened the package, there were 2 big stains clear as day on the front of the dress. One was around the crotch area and the other was near the bottom of the dress where your shins would be . I’m extremely disappointed because the dress was $100 with shipping and I can’t even wear it because of how prominent the stains are. It is very noticeable, in fact when I first opened the dress at my boyfriend’s house , the very first thing he said was “ is that a stain?”. I read reviews about this company’s return & refund policy and decided that it wasn’t worth the stress trying to return it so instead I tried getting the stains out myself . Unfortunately, they didn’t come out , even when following the washing directions from the tag. Thankfully I wasn’t planning on wearing the dress until my trip to LA next month so I have time to get something else before. Overall , I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed with this dress.

I ordered a co ord set from Sodah which was sent back immediately due to it being ill-fitting. I sent it recorded delivery and it was signed for within 2 days, despite this 3 weeks later I still received no correspondence from Sodah regarding my return. I contacted them via their contact page on their website- no response. I them emailed them to which they responded that they would only be issuing a credit not for the skirt because the top is damaged. They attached a grainy imaged which showed some cotton hanging near the zip. No doubt this top has been repackaged and resold despite it being so called "damaged".
After reading other reviews (which I wish I did before placing an order) I don't even have the energy to go back and forth with them because they clearly has zero regard for their customers. I will just never give this scam business my customer again- I strongly advise you to do the same.
Reputation is everything and this business is doing a great job ruining there's.

Good quality product, nonexistent customer service. It's funny that they ask for a tip when checking out but can't even respond to an inquiry sent through both email and instagram. Also shipping was supposed to be free to the US after a certain amount, but shipping costs were never removed. Be very cautious when ordering from here
