AVOID AT ALL COSTS, ITS A FINANCIAL SCAM!!!!!!!!!!
Sofa purchased in July 26 on a 2 to 4 week lead time. There was no response for 3 weeks to then be told that there's a technical fault with financial transactions (money left our account straight away) and this has delayed the order by a further 2 to 6 weeks. Had to cancel the order to urgently find an alternative and was told that there's an up to 14 working lead time on refunds. Now gone beyond 14 working days and still no refund. Upon contacting them, apparently there's still an ongoing technical issue in processing transactions but I see consumers are still posting on purchases. Worst online experience ever, avoid or if too late report to the relevant authorities.

You have been contacted via email, WhatsApp message and Web Chat since 21st August and there's been no update or confirmation on when the refund will be made. I have quoted the order and cancellation references but still nothing! I would suggest that you look at all the recent cancellation request and action those at the earliest.

Took more than they tell us to Delivery nearly 6 weeks but the delivery guys who assembled Simon and Martin they are star. Thank you very much.

Just received my sofa bed this morning, delivered by Roman & Lukas, they were excellent, arrived at time stated, unloaded, put together in situ, demonstrated and removed all of the rubbish within approx 20mins, very polite, helpful and efficient i give them 5*. Can't comment much on the sofa bed as not used much yet, it is very firm to sit on which I like, it looks exactly like the picture online so that's good, really easily transforms into a bed, so really happy with it so far, great for the price, would have given 5* but they quoted max 4 week wait when we ordered and it actually took 6 weeks, but apart from that everything all good.

Great couch for the money, delivery and fitting by Waldi and Alex was fast and easy! Highly recommend!

they lie cheat fail to meet deadlines and cancel orders without your consent this is their punishment for a customer who wants compensation from them for breaking the contract . NEVER BUY ANYTHING THEY ARE SCAMMERS

No need for "private message". The facts are public:

1. You promised 21 day delivery
2. After 24 days delay I requested £250 compensation for your breach of contract
3. You CANCELLED my order because I asked for compensation and refunded me

Your own email proves it.

This is not "case-by-case". This is punishing customers for exercising their legal rights.

I will not go private. Resolve it here publicly or I continue posting reviews and contact Trading Standards.

£250 compensation + apology is still owed.

Quick and smooth service, nice people, a good corner sofa (easy to assemble-that was done too), easy to use.
I am happy with the product and service provided.

The company kept us informed from the very beginning when a slot for delivery became available. We were given a tracking link that literally allowed us to check where in the delivery rounds they were from as soon as they set off from their warehouse and we were given plenty of updates regarding how long they would be via text and email. I was very pleased with the communication throughout as often deliveries are vague and you are left wondering but this couldn’t have been further from this experience. When the delivery gentlemen arrived, they were extremely professional. Waldi came inside our home initially in order to check how much space was available to bring in the sofa and for positioning. He double-checked whether the couch was the correct colour from the beginning and what corner we wanted the L shape to be in. It was great that the parts were assembled in my living room as it meant the full size sofa bed had enough room to enter the property with no issues. Waldi and Aleks were both quick and efficient as well as careful and very courteous. They assembled everything deftly and checked I was happy with everything before asking me to sign their paperwork. They tidied up all the protective coverings and took them away with them and they also demonstrated how to use the pull out sofa bed as well as the hydraulic storage section so if I had any problems they could help while still present. There were of course no issues as everything was so easy to use. The couch itself is a lovely new addition to our home. We are so pleased with it. We purchased the easy clean version which meant it was a soft velvety suede material which I think will make it a comfy and cosy sofa for our family. Thanks so much again for everything Bargain Sofa and of course to Waldi and Aleks. 🌟💖👌

Alex and Waldi were great delivery men. They came within the time frame that they were due, they were very respectful of my property, and very efficient.

Simon and Martin delivered our kids sofa. They were early (always a bonus) very polite and professional. Installation took minutes. Would highly recommend, the delivery service from the gentlemen.
