Ordered a settee from Temu threw this supplier settee came not the same settee filling in cushions does not fit so covers coming away corner cushions are the same fabric different omg i was so shocked

Really good quality sofa. Easy to assemble. Did it by myself in about 2 hours. All the pieces come ready to be slotted together so easy enough. Miscalculated the size of sofa so there's nowhere to walk and clean which is something I'll have to figure out with some rearranging, but overall an amazing purchase. And for the price, it was amazing. The sofa comes with the company's own delivery guys so if you do consider purchasing this sofa, They will call you to let you know which day they'll deliver.

Had my suite delivered today....after reading some reviews was apprehensive but the 2 delivery men were very nice professional and delivered with care absolutely over the moon with my suite only bought it Saturday and delivered in 3 days amazing....thank you sofa heaven definitely recommend this company from my experience.

So I bought a sofa via temu and I can't honestly say I had a really positive experience with this company and I'm not sure why there's so many negative reviews.
I ordered a blue velvet corner sofa and it's absolutely gorgeous. It came packaged well and the Delivery drivers were really nice and brought the sofa inside the house.
On temu you place the order and then 2 or 3 days later evri delivers a letter from the company with your delivery date. The company then rang me and said my delivery would be next day. On the day of delivery I got a text to say the sofa was on the way and the driver rang me when he was 15 minutes away.
I am very happy with the sofa it's exactly like the photos and the description

Terrible company if something is wrong with the sofa! Do Not correspond and would never purchase any sofa again from this place!
Avoid!!!

Ordered 2 sofas and within weeks stitching was coming apart in several places and the leather peeling badly seller offered £40 compensation and then completely blanked me ,rogue trader don't touch with a barge polej

If I could give them no stars I would. 3 different dates still waiting for sofas. I would not recommend this company. No contact details work phone or emails. I am really dissatisfied. AVOID SOFA HEAVEN.

AVOID!!!!!! Let down by this shambles of a company, lied to for weeks when my sofa will be delivered, had 3 different dates, asked today for full refund been told 1-2 days so let’s see if that happens.
