Avoid – No Refund, Poor Communication, and Unkept Promises
Review: I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about my experience with this company. As someone who runs an online store via Shopify, I fully understand how the order and refund process should work. I have been patient, professional, and have given this company multiple chances to resolve my issue.
I ordered a product and was promised a specific delivery window, but the item never arrived. Despite repeated assurances that I would receive tracking information and, eventually, a refund, I have received neither. I made it clear that I would only escalate if my refund was not processed, and I have given ample warning over several days.
To date, I have not received any refund confirmation through Shopify or Shop Pay—something I know should be immediate if actually processed. Communication has been slow and unhelpful, and my attempts to resolve this via phone and email have been met with vague or delayed responses.
