I like to buy from your store because the sofa which i purchased 6 months ago is very durable and also comfortable. The color variant in this style is amazing. Worth for it's price. Very easy to assemble however there was a small issue when i received the sofa. The packaging was not appropriate however there was no single damage on the sofa. I would recommend you to please check packaging carefully before shipping the item. Lovely sofa and upholstery is good.

I simply love this sofa. My kids also lay down, rest, play on it. This is becuase of the comfort and coziness what this sofa provides. The upholstery is amazing and the fabric is soft. Though there was a minute issue of some kind of smell was coming when i received it. However, i kept it outside in the sun and happy with the result, it was completely gone.

I’m yet to receive this order but your customer service team excellent courtesy prompted me to leave this feedback. I needed to find out if the item might arrive earlier than the estimated date. The team was Super duper prompt in response and even went an extra mile by checking with the delivery team, and wrote to let me know the good news that I might receive my shipment earlier! Thank you so much!!!

When i received my sofa, it was packaged properly and the driver was so kind however i was upset because i already informed the team to deliver the package at the back side of my apartment and i guess i missed your message in which your team responded that driver will leave the package at the main gate or at the leasing/management office. I wish you could have stated that information in the description section only. However, i am completely impressed with the quality of the fabric, wooden material and hard metal used to make this sofa. So comfortable and everyone liked it!!!

When i purchased my 1st small space sofa from your company, i was very nervous as well as sceptical at the same time however everything turned out to be positive. I really like the sofa as it was delivered quickly and that too without any hassle. Also it was easy to assemble the sofa. It was worth for the price which i paid. This round tufted ottoman looks very classy in my living room. It is very easy to move when needed because of the casters/wheels feature added on it. It is very easy to assemble and very soft velvet fabric used to design such a beautiful ottoman. It matches with the other furniture of my room. I am happy to receive it as i can move it to open space in the morning when i read magazines, newspapers, etc. while having tea or coffee. It is worth for the price with luxurious look.

Thank you so much for this amazing sofa. This is providing such a comfort in my living room when one sits on it. It also matches my living room decor and cushions provide extra support. I also like the diamond shape structure of this sofa which is so unique and classy. It also contains compartment/velcro tab at the bottom of the cushion which contains instructions, hardware, legs, etc. This i come to know when i called the team and informed them i am missing my half of the sofa which made me upset. Later, they made me realize that i missed to search under the compartment/storage area. It is a highly recommended product and team is very helpful.

I purchased this recliner chaise lounge recently from your company. The velvet of the item is so soft and ultimate comfort provider. However, i wish to share a issue with you that i faced. The price of this item reduced to some amount the next day of my purchase. I called the team immediately and asked them to cancel my order. They informed me that tracking has been generated for my order however they need to check whether it has been shipped or not. I asked them to confirm it right now over the phone that my order is cancelled as i was getting impatient. They handled everything positively and politely and i like the way they co-ordinated with their shipping team and resolved it for me. Thank you for their efforts and understanding!!!

This chaise lounge is very elegant and the velvet of the item is very soft. The color is matching with the room decor and the foam is very comfortable. Very easy to assemble and the instructions were very clear. We really loved it.

I bought a sofa.... waited three weeks. Nothing. Called and asked what was going on and they said that the couch was 'out of stock' even though I had ordered it and they had never contacted me. They gave me the option of waiting another 4 weeks to get the original couch or ordering another one that they said would be shipped out the next day. I asked if they could give me a credit for my trouble and they gave me 5% off. I never received a tracking number or credit and waited another week...nothing. Just found the couch and when I opened it up and it has multiple holes in it! This is absolutely ridiculous!

Bought this bed frame along with mattress for a gift for my daughter as she moved recently to a new place. She loves it and so do I. Nice quality. Very comfortable and i am planning to buy more items from your company. It was delivered in time as it was required urgently. Thank you for understanding your customer needs.

Can't telln if the product is any good because the shipping is messed up. Sent in three boxes - only two arrived. It's a sofa I can't use. Seems to be Fedex's fault (as usual) - that said, neither Sofamania nor Fedex have fixed this in a timely manner with the customer in mind. Both organizations have said "oh well - we'll have to get on this Monday as all shipping locations are closed for the weekend." That's this morning's news when I woke up to get back at it - had they resolved this two days ago when i started calling I'd have a sofa by now.

I really like this sofa very much as it is very fine and well-built. I received the updates in the timely manner and delivery was done well before the promised date, easy assembly and instructions were quite clear. I also liked the quality of the fabric and the capacity of the sofa to hold weight is good. Thank you so much!!!

Look-wise the sofa is very stylish and very beautiful. It is an amazing product that i purchased ever. Perfect for my small room however assembly was little tricky but i am able to make it ultimatey. The fabric is very good and the comfortness is very likely. It well matches with the room decor and other furniture used to decor the room. Worth it's price. Happy to have it....

I love this chair! It is a great addition to my apartment and it completely matched the look of all my other midcentury furniture!! It was a breeze to put together!! I must appreciate the way it is designed. However, there was a small issue related to the delivery as it was delivered a little late then what i expected. If i just ignore it, it is a great buy from your store.

Same as shown in picture. Perfect size, awesome quality and very good packaging. It took 21 days for delivery but result came good. It was worth for the price and the time which i waited for it. In the meanwhile, i was in touch with the customer service team. They were very helpful and supportive. I completely understood as there were some issue 1st at their warehouse and then due to earthquake in my area but thanks whenever i called them they were hopeful and with the updates. Everrthing which ends well or on a good note is always good. Thank you....

I ordered a sectional and it is impossible to put together. The holes do not line up. The legs are out of plastic and two of them were missing holes to attach them. They charge a 20% restocking fee and I'd have to put it back in the box and arrange for pickup. Much assembly required. I have a couch I cannot use or put together. I don't understand how sofamania it's getting five star reviews. I tried to write a review for the sofa on their site and it will not accept it unless there is a Time Factor

When i thought of purchasing this futon, it's price was less however when i checked the price item next day it was increased by some dollars. Though i have not faced this issue before with your company, also i like your ongoing coupons still i do not understand why the price went up in a day. With my utmost desire to purchase this futon and the reason to get upset, i called the customer support team and they explained me the whole scenario and i understood the situation. I paid the higher amount though but when i received the futon it was at par and everything was as per the description. I really liked the quality of the futon and happy to have it.

I saw one of the best loveseat in appearance at your site and ordered it immediately. When i received it and touched it, it is very amzing and for my small room it is perfect. I felt it is worth for it's price. Uphostery and the fabric is nice. It is designed in such a way to fit in a small area. Assembly is easy, item is as per the description and one of the finest item.
