We had a leather corner suite…

We had a leather corner suite delivered. We're happy with the suite overall, but when it was delivered, one of the arm pads had a broken zip. So rather than having the delivery guys take it back, we agreed to accept it, if they would send on a spare zip head, and I would fix it myself. It's been about 3 months now and after numerous emails and promises back and forth with Matt from Sofas-Direct (Cork), we've just given up and the arm pad just keeps falling off.
