Visited the Stratford upon Avon branch and warmly welcomed. Didn’t feel the sales staff were pushy and they gave us plenty of time to decide upon our sofa. It was explained we’d have to wait 5/6 weeks for it to be made/shipped to the store and as promised a delivery was made shortly thereafter. We discovered a rip on the underside of the sofa and a pulled thread on the arm. Popped back into the branch to ask for it to be fixed. Wasn’t a problem and they arranged for a company to fix it the following week.
We are very pleased with our new sofa.

Carpet for two bedrooms and a difficult winding staircase arrived on time and fitted in an incredible 2hrs 30mins to a perfect standard by Wayne and Kyle. Many thanks. Highly recommended.

I can’t recommend these guys enough. First of all, a great shop with plenty to look at and choose from. No pressure either, really friendly staff, very knowledgable. Chose a set of furniture for the living room which was delivered without hassle and on time. I’m really pleased with it, great quality and a great price. They also do carpets, so I’ll definitely be going back to find something to match my new furniture 😊 great that they’re a local, family run business too, lovely manager (can’t remember his name!) but really helpful through out. Thanks guys 🙌🏻

Had a great experience with these guy was allowed to look around shop without any hassle. The guy we spoke to was very helpful. Ordered sunday and delivered today. Delivery guys were great really good at they job

Only just found this review site - and i'm delighted i have! Purchased from here about 3 months ago - a sofa for my family room. Service was great, delivery time was on time and great selection to choose from. Would recommend.

Bought bed headboard and carpet from sofas and beyond. Fault with headboard the after sales service was fantastic, quickly replaced. Extremely pleasant,polite staff would certainly buy again from this company and really recommend them. This was the Stratford on Avon store

Sideboard and top ordered, some weeks later phone call as goods in. Delivery arrived, but bottom unit wrong size. It had been incorrectly checked into the company's warehouse and allowed to be dispatched without proper checking. As the company does not keep any stock, another wait of 2-4 weeks for the correct unit to arrive.
Suggest caution when ordering from this company, still awaiting date for completion of order.
Delivery outsourced and only after speaking to the company, did the they take away the packaging. I did not pay for that only for the units !
