SCAM!!!!!!
Purchased on 9/26/24 and NEVER received our sofa. Just called the bank and they fully refunded us. SHAME ON YOU SOFA SCAM!!!!

100% SCAM. Like the others here, ordered a sofa online 10/08/2024. Was promised 10-14 days delivery. Received email confirmation of order and shipping. Never heard from them again, after 5 weeks no delivery. Tried to reach them via email address 3x - no response. Now their website has been emptied of content. AmEx refunded my money and is now handling fraud case against them.

This is less than a 1 star. Total Scam. No phone to call, no delivery of merchandise but has the nerve besides the payment for the couch to charge a service fee for credit card payment. Disputing through my bank and trying to get my money back.

Ordered 9/29. "Shipped" 10/2 with promised 7-14 day arrival. Now 11/4. Tried to contact them by email (no phone number) with no response. I have now contacted my credit card with this dispute.

Ordered 10/3, said it shipped 10/9, still not received. Tried to contact both with email twice and online through their contact us page. It said that you could "Chat live" however, I never found a chat icon, nor is there a phone number available anywhere. No replies to any of them. I have disputed the charge with my CC company. Funny that when you dispute it, it comes back as a dispute with a woman's name and in Germany, not the US, like they lead you to believe.

Has to be a scam…ordered oct 8 says shipped on 11th….have emailed 3 times no reply….at 30 day mark will start process with my credit card company.

Ordered 1 Oct off a Facebook ad and was notified sofa was shipped on 7 Oct. Ask for an update on 19 Oct but no response but the web page still shows order shipped on the 7th. Today is 29 October and nothing. Seems to be a scam and I'm learning (this has happened before) not to trust ANY ad off Facebook!

Same as everyone else. Its a scam. I am disputing the charges.

Ordered a sofa on Sept 28th. According to the Shopify order it was shipped on Oct 2 but nothing has arrived as of today (Oct 24). Attempted to reach them via their website and email and we’ve heard nothing. Can only assume this is a scam.

Scammed out of $419. Really wish Facebook would do a better job of blocking these companies.

Like others, I am not receiving my product since Oct 1st. No one replying to emails sent to them about my order. Its got to be a scam.

I ordered on September 26th and it is now October 23 and I haven’t received my order. They did not respond to my multiple emails or via their 24/7 chat service. I am working with my bank to get my money back. Scam

Scam, saw an ad on Facebook, bought a couch and have heard nothing for 3 weeks… going through the process of getting refunded by my credit card company.

I too was scammed out of $419. Everything about their website seems legit with all the security icons. They were rated as a trustworthy site. I ordered my sofa September 27, 2024. It is now October 18 and have not received it. They stopped replying to my emails as well.

Ordered a soda from them with an order confirmation sent via email on Sept 3rd, 2024 via email. At first my bank flagged them as fraud due to company outside USA. I proceeded due to I authorized the charges. It is now October 14th, 2024 and still no sofa. I have been communicating with them through an email which communication is lacking and sporadic. I believe this company to be a scam. I found previous website selling the same product that have been flagged as a scam. I originally found the site as a sponsored business of Facebook but I now see they have disappeared from there as well.

10/16/2024 Update:

They have stopped replaying to my corresponding emails as of 10/10/2024 with no sofa being delivered. I am out $324's since I was the one who authorized the transaction, so there is no hope of getting the funds back.
