Great value, staff extremely helpful and not pushy, the quality of the suite we bought is first class as was the delivery.
Joanne who served us was so polite and knowledgeable and she got us a good discount on the suite.

Waited over 4 weeks for a bed to be delivered. Chased it up, was told discontinued. Store wouldn't/ couldn't authorise a refund. Manager Gary extremely unhelpful. Avoid.

Gary made me feel at ease, large selection of sofas but very knowledgeable and informative. Would return when looking for future sofa. Very pleased with my choice

Have previously bought a sofa from here ( Warrington Riverside) and dealt with Brandon the sales advisor He explained everything to us very well, and we felt it was a great service . So it made sense to buy our new sofa from the same shop and again to deal with Brandon. He's very good at his job explaining sizing and fabrics. He's not at all pushy and makes everything easy to understand. A credit to the store.

We bought two sofas from the Middlebrook store today. Lauren and Immy were fantastic! 10/10 customer service, we felt no pressure at all and they were really patient with my indecisiveness. They were super helpful and knowledgeable as well. I also loved the range of fabric options in comparison to other stores. You can easily tailor a sofa to suit your house with sizing, colours and fabrics. I was spoilt for choice! I'd definitely recommend this store to others. Thank you Lauren and Immy!
