Delivery didn't arrive on day we were told

Almost one month after promised delivery date and told order would arrive today. Despite taking day off work, the order did not arrive. Multiple email correspondences ignored and impossible to get on the phone.
Still no sofa after almost 4 months, when told that standard delivery time is 8-9 weeks.

I ordered a suite of furniture early November 2024 for January 2025 delivery. After numerous telephone calls made by myself and numerous broken promises from Sofa Time the furniture finally arrived in April some 3 months after it was due.
To add insult to injury on my last call to the customer service team I was informed the furniture arrived in on the Monday but it would be the following Tuesday before it would be delivered. Upon telling the gentleman that I had been promised the furniture would be delivered as soon as it arrived in their warehouse the gentleman then said “sure it has arrived early and if it had arrived on Wednesday when it was due you would still have to wait until next week”….. I am still trying to work out how the furniture arrived early when it was 3 months late…..
I was due to have family stay with me from Australia but due to lack of furniture I had to seek other accommodation for them.
Although the staff I the Omagh store are lovely I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. The stress that this company has put myself and family through has been immense.
This actual company does not care about their customers. This was evident from the fact it was I who had to contact them for updates on the furniture and the fact I never actually received any explanation on why the furniture was 3 months late.

Excellent Sofatime experience in Coleraine

Called into Sofatime/Dreams in Coleraine looking for ideas for our home. Our daughter wanted a new bed with a modern feel and we needed a new suite for our living room. As we were wandering around we were approached by Tony. He talked us through tons of options and found us a bed that really suited our daughter's tastes to a tee. He had tons of patience as we had no idea about what we wanted in a suite, it's a big purchase and we wanted to get one that would last us for a long time and stay looking contemporary after a few years. Tony found us the ideal suite of furniture and even adapted it to our specific needs with recliners and added modules. All in all it was one of the easiest shopping experiences we've had. Tony is a major asset to the store.

Amazing experience with Tony in…

Amazing experience with Tony in Sofatime Coleriane. Helped us kit out 2 bedrooms, essentials for our kitchen and kit out the living room!! After looking so many shops we couldn’t find anything but here was amazing and the customer service was top notch. 5 star I would recommend anyone to use sofatime.

Great experience!

We were assisted by the lovely Edward in Bangor today, he singlehandedly made the experience of buying a sofa much easier and enjoyable. We were on the fence about getting a sofa and only came in to have a look, however thanks to Edward’s charm and expertise and the amazing options in store, it didn’t take long before we found a sofa we loved and at a great price!

Tony is absolutely incredibly awesome

Tony is absolutely incredibly awesome! He was so helpful helping us pick out a sofa, and even got us a super awesome deal! And even topped the night off with a epic depechemode jam. He is so friendly and extremely knowledgeable about his sofas! What a top dude. Thank you Tony!!

Beautiful Sofa's

Choosing my new sofa was made so easy with friendly and helpful staff. Very pleasant experience, they really go out of their way to help you. Plenty of sofa's to choose from, with a great discount. Looking forward to my new sofa's.
