I had a mixed experience with Sofavianist. While their website looked appealing, my order took a long time to arrive, and the tracking details provided didn’t seem valid. Customer service wasn’t very helpful when I tried to resolve the issue. The product itself was okay, but the overall experience left me feeling unsure about ordering from them again. Sofaviaist is definitely a scam

Sofavianist is definitely a scam don’t be fooled by the fake reviews posted about positive experiences. I bought what I thought were Apple AirPods due to marketing £90 reduced from £190 in sales. The product received is available for £24 elsewhere. Asked for a refund and told not possible due to opening the product box. There is no registered company number and the street view for the address on the fake website, shows a Starbucks.

Anyone who has been a victim of this scam should report what has happened to Action Fraud - unable to post the link but easy to find online.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Placed an order on 16th October. Nearly two weeks later and it still hasn’t arrived. The tracking number they provided with Royal Mail is fake and doesn’t actually exist. When I asked for the order to be cancelled they refused and said delays were down to Royal Mail. Currently trying to claim the money back as this is a fraudulent transaction. DO NOT USE

Cannot believe this fake company

Cannot believe this fake company, the contact information is all fake I tried calling the number it goes straight to voice mail. The shop is just a Shopify store run by ai, the reviews on the website are fake and clearly all written by a robot. Please don’t make the mistake I did by buying of these clowns.

I bought a so-called brand-new iPod…

I bought a so-called brand-new iPod from them. The battery lasts 10 minutes. The response I got from them is take it to a repair centre to get it. Repaired assise not an apple store. It gives me the impression it is not an Apple product
