I ordered a dress from their website on February 3rd and the next day got an email saying that it had been an accident in there warehouse and blah blah blah.
Since then i have received some emails with a bunch of excuses and "your order has been shipped" but nothing until now.
Don't buy nothing from this scammers!
Order a shirt 4 days ago and a couple of hours later, an email with order confirmation and expected lead time, 10 to 12 days. The day after, another email describing an accident with a few workers that imply a delay on the shipping. Sounds real, TOTALLY fake.
I haven’t get my shirt yet and I already regret.

Fake, i have purchased a coat in L size, they send a 2XL. When trying to return, doesn´t reply to email...
Recomendation: don't buy
Pretended to be a Portugese company. The two items I eventually received were from China. Supposed to be cashmere. Ha ha ha. Tiny little jumpers (I ordered large) that wouldn’t fit a five year old. Very poor quality synthetic material, un finished seams and they will reply to your email and try con you out of more money by offering the correct size at half price if I send these back. Don’t touch them with a barge pole and the web pictures are completely different to what you get.
Scam artists. A fake shop. Just by small details we can notice it is a fake shop. Truspilot, please be alert, they are including in their website fake truspilot reviews, using even your logo. There is not a single review about sofia-carvalho.com except this one from me . So the reviews shown in their website are also fake.
