We had the best experience,we had a sales assistant called Teresa,such a pleasant and helpful lady. Nothing was any trouble. She showed us numerous settes and was very patient and kind. We had great chat with Teresa while picking the settees.Teresa got us sorted with our settees in a short time. She explained everything in detail. Teresa and all your staff made our visit so enjoyable.

We had looked at a couple of different furniture places in our search for the perfect sofa for our new home.

The moment we walked in through the doors at sofology, it was evident this was where we were going to find exactly what we wanted. The designs and range they have are fantastic!

We had 2 or 3 different styles in mind and it was really difficult for us to make up our mind. Thankfully our sofologist Salma was more than up to the task! She was so very patient and knowledgeable, taking the time to understand the vision that we had for our home.

She was the perfect combination of standing back and watching us work through our thought processes and stepping in to offer advice.

We couldn't recommend her services enough or indeed sofology as a company!

A fantastic experience instore. Teresa helped us to choose our new sofas, without being push or coming across as desperate for a sale. She listened to us, walked the store with us, gave her opinions on colours etc all while being friendly and warm. Would highly recommend to friends and family - and would particularly tell them to ask for Teresa

Salina made the buying process very straight forward, and there was a lot of flexibility around choosing my delivery! Great looking sofas - pleased with my purchases.

Great staff, not being followed around the store from first walking in and no hard sell, made a more pleasant experience. Alison helped us narrow down our choices and walk through our order, with bit of humour and honesty.

Staff were really welcoming and helpful without being pushy. Special thanks to Matt for helping us choose our sofa and understanding our needs.

The you lady was very helpful showing around the show room I explained what my needs are i tryed the sofas until I made my mind up the colour I wanted i will recommend Sofology for excellent service and not forgetting lovely hot chocolate drink and a biscuit to go with it.

I like to have a browse around the showroom myself and I was able to do this, I was then approached by a staff member of staff who answered any queries I had, Teresa was very pleasant and helpful and I was able to purchase my sofa!!
