Purchased 3 sofas
1st sofa came covered in dirt and water marks.
2nd and 3rd sofas came with bolts missing for the feet. Sofa sat in 2 pieces in my living room upside down in my living room 2 days before Christmas. Absolutely shocking experience. Spend your money elsewhere. 06/01/26 and still not sorted. Have had to pay another person to come to my home and do a temporary repair on my sofa and Sofology are saying they cannot reimburse me. What a joke of a company. No customer care whatsoever.

I ordered a sofa in store with guaranteed Christmas delivery. Ordered on 17/9 with 8-10 weeks delivery times. Sofa got delivered eventually even though not within the agreed timeframe. But I would have understanding for this - this is not something what would bother me. What bothers me is the lack of communication. Non-existing. According to the information provided by Sofology at the time of the order there should be all information available in their online system. That kept showing delivery date after 24/12. Sofa got delivered on 15/12 so maybe I should be happy for Sofology delivering this before Christmas.
But, there are still some unresolve issue. The Sofaglides. These were supposed to be part of the delivery and our order. The delivery guy was initially trying to convince us that there were no Sofaglides present in our order and then he found some randomly sized Sofaglides in his car which are way too big for the small sofa feet. He was to report this back to Sofology and I don't know whether he did or not but I haven't relied on him. I contacted Sofology twice since and got exactly zero response. So why 2 stars instead of one. There are at least some things Sofology managed. 1. They delivered the sofa - not within the agreed timeframe but delivered. 2. They got the colour right.

Bought in September got 3/4 different dates sofa’s would be delivered and still waiting this is December and still no sofa’s, what an absolute joke, sold my other sofa’s and sitting on hard chairs you need to buck your ideas up or I will cancel this order if it doesn’t show up soon This is Unbelievable 😞😞😞
