Amazing experience

Amazing experience, helped by Marianna. I was made to feel welcomed from the start. Was left to browse on my own until I wanted her assistance.
Marianna was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble. Very supportive when I was dithering, she got swatchers from other sofas and was really patient.
I went back to the store 3 times and each time she took trouble to listen, advise and explained the documents in great detail. She was one of the best salespeople I have dealt with and on the service I would highly recommend her to anyone intending to purchase any furniture.

Really poor sales experience in-store

Really poor sales experience in-store. Went in with the intention to purchase a chair I previously saw over the weekend, the sales advisor Sajjad was a real pain to deal with.

After repeatedly telling him that I was not interested in any of the upsell offers for insurance & care products he still persisted over and over insisting it wasn't upsell he was just 'advising me'.

It came to the point where I was about to sign the order document but wanted to read through the terms of sale at which point Saj is now rushing me. To which point, I reminded him I gave him his time to upsell and this was now my time to satisfy myself with the terms of sale before signing which prompted another rant from Saj about how it wasn't upsell.

That was my breaking point and signal to get up and leave. In the end I will look to order online as the consumer protections are far better purchasing online and with cowboys like Saj just have the feeling that if there was some sort of issue there would be no goodwill.

Hopefully the actual purchase will be fine, but we'll see in 15 weeks time!

Great experience thanks to Philip

My husband and I went into Sofology Brent Cross just to have a look, but were assisted by a very helpful gentleman called Philip. He took the time to show us around and walk us through lots of different sofa options, really listening to what we wanted. He was incredibly patient, funny, and made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. Thanks to his help, we found the perfect sofa and ended up putting a deposit down the same day. Very good service from Philip – highly recommend!

Amazing

Bought my first sofa set from these…

Bought my first sofa set from these guys which lasted me 10 years. Still in good condition to be fair. Decided to try them again and bought my new Chesterfield from these guys.

Good experience. But a little awkward!!

We were greeted at the store by a sales executive Mr Philip who showed us the sofas we were looking to buy. While we were waiting to speak with him again, another person Mr Raza came in and asked us what we are looking for. We told him we had spoken with Philip already. He said its ok and that he can also help us out. So we told him we made a decision and he started on the paperwork. Later Philip came and said he was already speaking with us and was dismissed by Raza saying that’s fine I can can take it from here. We also found him a bit pushy n frankly would have preferred dealing with Philip. We didn’t want to make things awkward and finished the process and thanked Philip on our way out. Philip seemed quite upset about the whole deal which was understandable and he actually apologised to us for having had to witness this. As a customer it doesn’t look good to get involved in staff disputes. Otherwise would have given 5 stars.
