The experience in the shop was good but the aftercare is non-existent. Sofa and armchair were delivered on 15th December with some minor scratches and a loose leg, ill fitting £38 'sofaglide' foot caps which have already fallen off at the front. Contacted Sofology the same day via their site, still waiting to hear back almost a month later. Tried calling customer service but no answer after 30 min on hold. Since they do not answer the phone, do not call back and do not want to sort it out over email, I am at a loss as to how to get support with this substandard product.

My mum, sister and I had an excellent customer experience at Sofology. We were very impressed with Niyi particularly. His sale technique complimented us as a family. He wasn’t pushy, was transparent and objective about the pros and cons we needed to consider to choose the right sofa for us and our home. All the staff were very friendly, accommodating, and had humour - it’s clear they enjoy what they do. Additionally, the facilities in the store such as the lift and toilets were a bonus for Mum who’s getting on a bit.

We were going to buy our new sofas as we bought our old sofas 2 x 3 seaters about 8 years ago. We were told if we buy the extra sofa insurance it will be unlimited repairs. We left sofology to look in a few more shops to compare sofas and prices and we were told that there is no such thing as unlimited repairs it was a lie. I went back into sofology and spoke to a different member of staff who also tried convincing me it was unlimited repairs they both said 100% even if it went over the price of the sofa, I asked to see it in writing and in the small print it clearly says that the extra insurance will only cover up to the price of the sofa at the time we bought it and because of this sofology has now lost us as customers. 2 different members of staff in the same store blatantly lied to my face I will be spreading the throughout family and friends about this.
