Could find any fault, service was super, assistants were very polite and knowledgeable, the whole experience of buying something I wanted was memorable.
Abby that served me was fantastic, explaining everything. Nice to spend my money with a firm that shows some respect for their customers.

The 2 ladies that assisted me were patient, honest and very pleasant, which helped me such a lot.
They were both very understanding of my mobility needs, following a major stroke last year. It made the whole experience far less painful, so, a huge thank you!

Visited the store at Cardiff on 9th Jan. Staff were really helpful and not pushy at all. We found a few we liked and had advice from Jake on the different ones. We were left in peace to then make our decision and put an order in for the ‘Drift’ range. Great customer service, cannot fault them. Can’t comment on the settee yet but staff at store were great.

The store representative was very knowledgeable and supportive without being pushy and was very positive about the product we were interested in.

Exceptionally good service from Antonella at the Cardiff Newport Road. The computer system went down on the day, and was efficiently and effectively sorted out with limited fuss, which makes me very happy and confident as a customer.

It says something of Sofology Cardiff Newport Road that, when their system failed, they sorted it with my as customer, fully informed. True test of a Customer Service philosophy and approach.
