My wife and I popped into the Farnborough, Hampshire store to browse for a new sofa, Candace approached us and made us feel so welcome to the store, she showed exactly what we were after and she was full of knowledge on products and services available to us. The whole process of purchasing our sofa was made easy from start to finish.

Review is based on pre-delivery experience. One of six furniture stores at this ( Farnborough) retail park, but Sofology store feels in top2 in looking a little more premium, also unlike others had a choice of made to order d immediate delivery options. ( the
Tater appealed to our needs) Evan assisted us and he was helpful friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and in fairness we probably would not have purchased if he had not showed us one of the options ( powered headrest) that was not on the show model, and checked the stock levels.

Absolutely love my new sofa! Great experience buying in store. Very helpful staff and no pressure. I ended up spending more than I intended but am over the moon with my choice. Delivery was sooner than predicted and it looks great in my lounge. Soooo comfy! Would recommend.

placed order in store the staff member orderd the wrong sofa to what we wanted so we have received wrong sofa. i have tried contacting them after 3hrs waiting on phone waiting for help only to get told ild be called back in 48 hours its not 7days later no call i have ramge them 7 times now still getting nowhere so will be asking them to take sofa back and refund me as im apulled by this service ive received wouldnt recommend to anyone

Bought a wonderful sofa from the clearance range in Farnborough and was given assurances it came apart when it was time for delivery. As the day approached, we got rid of the old sofa and then the new one (the corner piece) wouldn’t fit through the door. Not even close and it didn’t come apart so now I’m angry, disappointed and feeling very let down given we’re a family of 5 with 3 young children and a wife on crutches who won’t have a sofa in the lounge for Christmas. Brilliant. A sofa company that builds sofas that don't fit through a standard doorway. Still waiting to hear back from customer service…..

Five stars are given for the in-store experience which was great. Friendly, helpful staff who did not rush us in any way, despite us needing time to come to a decision and it being so close to closing time.
Sadly, the delivery experience seriously let the store down - received a message early Sunday morning to say delivery would be 7.24am to 10.24am and we were drop one of seven. We waited, and waited. They finally called at 9.15am to say they'd be there in an hour. Almost two hours later, at 11am they arrived. No apology, not even a smile. Hugely disappointing.
However, great in-store experience and everyone loves the new sofa.
