Great experience
I'm not sure i can answer What the company is doing great. All I can say is the staff where very helpful and patient with us, as we had 3 visits to the store before we made our mind up ..
We measured the sofa and then went away and measured our room again, You could not fault the staff xx

Charlotte made us welcome and at ease and explained all the different aspects of the sofa we were looking at. She also made sure we were happy with what we ordered and explained if we had any issues when we left the store to get back in touch and she would sort it out.

Ex demo stock clearance
Came into Sofology on Monday evening with my partner, was met by Gary the salesman got some great advice and guidance from Gary. came away with not only the sofa but got the footstool and swivel chair to match as well. left very happy with the service provided by Gary.
