Went sofa shopping in Inverness in November '25. Sofology Inverness has styles for everyone with fabric and leather choices galore. There is no pressure selling and no staff following you around like a bad smell. Something other stores could learn from.
We had a look around and found the one we thought we wanted then met store assistant Christine and she pointed out a similar but we decided nicer one. It was love at first sight. Thank goodness for her. Lovely lady who carefully took our order with a delivery date of February '26 which we were happy with.
I have waited till now to review as my sofas were delivered today (18/2/26).
Delivery day went great. The delivery guys arrived timeously, were pleasant and carefully set up my sofas and took away all the packaging.

She really took the time to understand what we were looking for and guided us through the options with confidence and ease. The staff were friendly. Niamh who dealt with my order was lovely, she was very helpful and explained evverything, i was even offered a cup of coffee. My experience was first class couldn't fault anything.

We came two days ago to find a new sofa at Inverness branch, and were impressed by the focussed attention and help we received from Aaron . Picked a selection and took the details home to check the sizes .
We came back today ( Aaron off duty) , made our final pick, and Christine expertly organised the Order for us.
