We went to the new Malden branch today and Nip was very helpful he helped us find our perfect sofa!
Gave all the information but wasn’t really pushy ( which would normally put me off)
Can’t wait for the sofa to arrive!

Staff were helpful without being pushy
Staff were helpful without being pushy. There was several sofas that met our criteria and Junior’s advice made our decision much easier. He pointed out several things we hadn’t thought of when choosing our sofa.

Buying a sofa
The sales person,Junior, made our experience great. He was very knowledgeable about the product and listened to what we wanted. He genuinely wanted to help us make the right decision for ourselves. He advised us of all the add-ons we could have which were compatible with the product we were buying.
We would highly recommend this store and this sales person to our friends.
