Great service and excellent product
I wasn’t able to make it back to the store and Wayne was more than helpful getting the order setup and going through all the finance documents over the phone - very happy with the order and looking forward to enjoying it when it arrives

Excellent service
Visited the Norwich store and found a sofa which we liked and had the pleasure of speaking with Lauren who gave us all the details we needed, returned to the store a few weeks later to see Lauren again who was brilliant in helping us to choose the right fabric and colour, Lauren was absolutely brilliant and very knowledgeable about everything we asked her, order was placed and waiting for delivery,

Welcoming and very helpful.
We already knew what sofa we wanted but visited again today to recheck it's what we wanted and to pick a colour. Was helped by Marcus who was very approachable and made purchase of sofa easy.
Marcus was able to answer any questions I had about additional insurance and finance options.
Visited the store a week prior and had great support from two women as well, both very knowledgeable. We felt very comfortable in the shop and was nice to not feel pressured into a sale.
