Very professional and knowledgeable about each sofa we looked at including what would be better for our arthritis. Both of the people we spoke to did not rush us and didn't mind how many sofas we looked at. Good service

The layout of the shop floor is easy to navigate. Displays are clear and well thought out. It is easy to see different layout/configuration types and available colours and materials. We liked there were no damaged and broken Sofas which we found in other furniture shops. The staff were polite and helpful but not intrusive.

The sales advisor, Darhys Nugent, was very helpful. On the first visit he took my email to send me the full details with measurements etc of the sofa I was interested in. This quite likely influenced my decision to return to Sofology and to Darhys who answered all my queries and processed the transaction swiftly and efficiently. An asset to Sofology. Thank you

Excellent service from Darhys. Very helpful, without being at all pushy. Talked us through all the various options on the range we were interested in, and suggested similar items we might want to check against.
We felt our requirements were his priority, and that made us very comfortable to proceed with our purchase.

I had so many questions and worries about making the right decision, but Darhys answered them all patiently and gave advice when asked, but he was never pushy. I appreciated this so much. We visited him twice in the store and bought two sofas on our second visit. He gave clear explanations about what we should expect, and skilfully steered us through the purchase process. We would recommend Sofology to others on the basis of this experience in the Orpington store.
