Ben was extremely helpful and knowledgeable whilst not being pushy to make a sale.
His advise was great and helped us make a decision on the type of sofa we wanted to purchase.
I would recommend Sofology to both friends and family based on the assistance given by Ben.

We came to your store in Peterborough two weeks before we purchased the sofa and Famida dealt with us we found her very pleasant and not to pushy for us, she followed this up with and email about a week later, so we then came back to the store last Friday and Jamie & Ben (Dan) :-) dealt with us they were both efficient and thorough and we had a great experience and therefore purchased the sofa

The sales person was very helpful and polite. Everything was made so easy no stress

Original salesman Ryan was very helpful and not at all pushy. He also supplied us with a sample of fabric to check against other furnishing.
We were let down a little though by the person we were handed over to for the finance process; even entering my DOB completely wrong by 40 years.
UPDATE. I have now had so many emails and phone calls and with not knowing what is going on that I have asked for a refund of my deposit and to cancel my order

Sai at Sofology Peterborough was really great. She was genuine and knowledgeable and we would definitely look for her if we went into store again.

We were greeted when we first went into the shop where we were able to look around at our own pace. We were offered a coffee or tea, which was very welcome. The staff were very helpful,and knowledgeable but not pushy which we did tell them after we had made our purchase

Kate was fantastic, really knew her stuff, had the patience of a saint with all our questions. When asked technical questions around the exact build of the sofa option we had chosen she was knowledgeable and took the time to review the data sheets so she could be 100% certain that we were given the right information. Nothing was too much trouble and we were encouraged to spend time "playing" with the sofa so we knew it was the right choice for us.

When we arrived we were introduced to the company and the building contents and left alone until we were ready to find out more information about certain products. Sai is well informed about the products on offer and helped us through the different aspects of the price structures. When we were ready to buy, we knew exactly which decision was right for us. Can’t thank Sai enough for all her knowledge and understanding.

After serval visit to sofology in Peterborough, we eventually made our decision on the sofa set we wanted!
We were served by Hadi, a young knowledgeable young man.
Hadi had made each visit feel comfortable, and no pressure like other sales people with other companies.
We went in serval times, due to the fact my husband and I could not agree which set would be right for us! and each time Hadi made us feel welcomed and explained things over and over, until we were 100% satisfied.
Nothing was to much trouble, and if he wasn’t sure of anything, he would double check with his colleagues.
I have not yet received my sofas, so can’t comment on them, but as for a service provided by Hadi on behalf of sofology, I can not fault and would highly recommend.
