Good experience
We were welcomed into the store by Sai who asked our requirements and led us to the units that related to our needs. she explained all the options and answered all questions honestly, the main thing for us was that Sai was not pushy and did not pressure us for a sale, if she had we would have left the store. All in all Sai provided a positive purchase experience.

I visited Sofologly on Friday 2nd January 2026, Sai the sales assistant was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, there was no hard sell and the advice I received was very useful and helped with making my decision. The entire team in the store were incredibly welcoming and even remembered me from my first visit a few weeks ago, which was such a lovely touch. The sales person Jamie was polite patient and left us to take our time and choose the perfect sofa for us also at the same time wasn't pushy and helped us make the right choices to get just what we wanted.

No pushy sales people, just friendly advice & chat. We weren't ready to buy when we started looking. But that wasn't a problem to Kate.
