Helpful and professional

I was worried I might not be able to get my new furniture through the doors, so I was holding off ordering. I called the Plymouth branch and a member of staff was helpful in explaining exactly how the furniture would be delivered. I felt reassured and placed my order. Very helpful and professional.

Sofology delivery problems

We went to Sofology because of the problems we had with delivery from other furniture companies. After finding a sofa we were told that delivery would be in 7 weeks or earlier, but after 12 weeks and numerous calls to find out when we could expect delivery, told that they have no idea why delivery has been delayed (not what we were told in previous calls with customer services who told us it would likely be delivered the next week). Now we are told that delivery will ‘hopefully’ be in another month but they would call us in 3-4 weeks with an update, so only 9 weeks later than the delivery date we were originally given and that’s if they can be believed. Unfortunately it’s now hard to believe anything they say.

Chris gave us excellent advice.

Chris gave us excellent advice and helped us choose the correct sofa.
The sofa is good value and we are happy with the full service.
We decided to take the extended warranty and stain cover.

We have actually only just ordered a…

We have actually only just ordered a suite, so getting a request for feedback before we have received the goods seems a bit odd considering that we now need to wait a couple of months for the suite to be made...

However, our experience with the Plymouth store has been a refreshing & positive one, its taken us a few visits over a couple of months to actually decide what we needed, & the patience shown & un pressured professional & polite manner that we have received from staff has been amazing.
In particular we would like to mention & thank
Kuzum & his colleague Tilly for an honest approach with all of the answers to our questions, this has given us confidence in the product & the company as whole, as well as helping us to make our final decision.
They have been amazing.
So Far... 5 Stars for Sofology.

The lovely guy who helped us was great

From a man’s point of view…..

We were left to look at the sofa range with no pushy sales person, but they were also on hand to answer our questions. Tilly was very knowledgeable about the sofa range we decided on and was also very helpful in explaining all the additional offerings we could have. Overall for a non shopper a great experience 👍🏻

Decision Time today

After much consideration ,going into Sofology stores from Plymouth to Cannock, we decided on the two sofas we want to share with us in our home. We are now excited to expect their arrival. Scintillate sofa.

It was very simple for ourselves as we knew exactly what we wanted in a corner sofa and the model Scintillate had it. Support for the neck so your head does not roll back and depth so your feet are still on the ground and the right firmness, very much more of a traditional shape with an Art Deco minimalist look with the curved arms in my opinion compared to the bigger corner sofas with large arm rests.
Good support and life time guarantee and great cushions.
Excellent service.
