I visited Sofology today to purchase a sofa cleaning kit. As I entered the store, the manager (I believe) asked what I was looking for and promptly directed me to a salesman named Martyn. Martyn dealt with me very professionally—he was helpful, polite, and efficient throughout the purchase.

At the end of the transaction, I was about to mention feedback about a previous purchase (Three Piece Suite ££££s) we made around three months ago. However, before I had the chance, the manager approached us and abruptly, I felt, and asked Martyn to go and assist two other customers. I felt this interruption was quite abrupt and came across as a little rude, especially as we were still in conversation.

Overall, Martyn’s service was excellent, but I hope the store can ensure customer interactions are allowed to conclude naturally, as it helps customers feel valued.

Returning customer due to the quality of sofas. The build, the fabrics, durability only changing sofa as want a different colour scheme, otherwise nothing wrong with the sofa 6 years on. Claudia at the Poole showroom was amazing, very helpful. Can't wait for the new sofa to be delivered now!

Time and patience spent by assistant while we were making up our minds.

We were served by a friendly helpful member of staff. We could even take the dog in. All in all a very good experience.

Klaudia was superb. We had an idea of what we wanted when we came in, but she helped us to choose the perfect combination for us. She had infinite patience to answer our questions, show us different models, colours and fabrics and help us imagine what they would look like in our space. She did all of this with kindness and great expertise. We’re very happy with what we’ve ordered.

We were met with staff in the store at Poole who were polite and knowledgeable. As we were not sure what we wanted to do they set up an online order with the sofa details and sent it to us. This saved us time looking online for the details.

Welcomed to the store. Manager listened to what we were looking for. Gave good advice, and spent time with us looking at various options and then coming up with the sofa which we considered was best for us. We felt very comfortable with the choice we made.
