Sofology - Poole Reviews 

We came to view sofas first time a week before our purchase and we had a great experience with one of your staff, unfortunately cannot remember his name. Tall gentleman with dark skin - he showed us how to navigate the website and how to best measure and check if it will fit our space etc
We then went back a week later and got greeted by a gentleman and a lady who were just as helpful and professional. We had a great laugh with the lady who helped us through the process of purchase. As a whole we are very satisfied with the customer service and cannot wait for our new sofa to arrive!

No pressures sales - Irena was very helpful and ensured we had all the information we needed.

Excellent choice of settees in the Poole showroom, blend of all styles. The lady (Sally Anne) that served us was first rate, not a pushy sales person like some, she was knowledgeable, even though she had only been with the company for a number of months. I appreciate the non pushy hassle free approach.

I was well looked after by Irena, who was very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. There was no pressure placed upon me to buy. All options were explained to me in understandable English, no gobble-dy-gook

We were catered for all our needs and after sales service was brilliant

The gentleman that helped us with our order was extremely helpful. We had a good look around the store and went to look at another store just to compare. I was not in that store more than 5 minutes as the assistant just followed us around the store.
This is my pet hate pushy staff so we left the store and went straight back to SOFOLOGY. I can not rate Sofology highly enough. I ordered a lovely modern Beige reclining chair. I am over the moon with it. Unfortunately I have to wait 12 weeks for delivery. Thankyou Sofology for your excellent service

I can not remember the name of the lady who served us. I think her name was Sue. She was new to the job. She was really nice and efficient. She did well because I bought a sofa. Would definitely recommend Sofology to others.

Staff member was friendly and helpful. We were in and out quick too.
