Zac who sold me the sofa was really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, he found the sofa and the fabric that I had seen in store last year, I thought it had been discontinued as I couldn’t find it on line.

Very good customer service , & experience also the Knowledge on the products of our interest was very good nothing too much for the sales assistant Ash & Maxine especially with the details on the Internet which caused problems and the issue still acquiring, Maxine helped emensley and is still continuing to look into the problems..

Sofology - YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!
Original sofa ordered in April 2023 with a 12 week wait.
When the sofa arrived (June 2023) it was faulty upon delivery: very bad smell (like strong garlic bread). Reported to store and asked to wait 4 weeks from delivery to see if the smell would ease off / go.
Called back after 4 weeks of putting up with this horrible smell and was passed on to customer services who booked a “technician” to come and examine in 2 weeks time. They called back the next day and said a new sofa would be ordered as the manufacturer was aware of the fault. They did say we could keep this sofa until the next one comes, however we asked for it to be removed as the smell was that bad.
Had to wait another 12 weeks without a sofa for the next one to arrive in November 2023, again faulty upon delivery. This time all the cloth was embossed with the pattern from bubble wrap (packed too tight). Part of the arm also fell off!
Had to wait another 4 weeks before any action could be started again.
There were several options made available, however the most satisfactory was to get a full refund and start again with another company.
No gesture of good will offered for genuine distress and inconvenience.
Up until the sofas were lifted we continued to pay.. half the time we did not have a spa and the other half we had faulty / embarrassing sofas.
Any resolution offered was always putting “Selfish-ology” first.
I HOPE PEOPLE READ THIS AND DON’T BUY FROM THIS GROUP (inc DFS).. don’t be put in the same position as we have been.
THE QUALITY OF THE SHOWROOM SOFAS ARE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT TO THE SUBSTANDARD SOFAS DELIVERED!
SOFOLOGY - When you read this DON’T respond with the usual patronising response you have given other customer who have given you 1 star (have a look Trust Pilot customer!)

Brilliant shopping experience, great environment, and a fantastic sales person (Rachel) - she wasn't pushy at all, she helped us get all the relevant info and everything was a super smooth process - would definitely recommend!

Met Ashley and he made us feel welcome, he was very professional and answered all our questions. He showed us how the sofa and chairs are dismantled to ensure that it would fit through the doorways to the living room. Would recommend that Ashley is the man to guide you through your requirements

We had such a fantastic experience choosing and buying our brand new sofas from Sofology at Batley! This was our first purchase from Sofology and we can’t wait for our sofas to arrive. We were advised and supported by Rachel Smith - she was fab, nothing was ever too much, she even introduced us to the sofas we ordered in the end! She sent me lots of information and communication via email and was really helpful in the whole sale process - thank you!!! Fab store too, everyone was very welcoming, not hassling you at all when looking around and they even catered for our children with the fab cinema room and drinks / popcorn whilst mum And dad were able to look around peacefully! Thank you again! Great staff and beautiful store! Gave me lots of inspiration too!
