Fantastic Customer Service in the Oldham store today! I was served by Diariou! She was polite, knowledgeable and professional, no hard sell; I am going back in the morning to order the sofa. It is so lovely to get good service in stores, restaurants, beauty salons etc, the product is important but for me good service sells me every time. For the record the sofa is gorgeous too!! Top quality velvet, superb! The Customer Service over the phone is also top notch, well done Sofolgy, would give you more stars if I could.

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by a truly exceptional saleswoman at Sofology. Her name was Diariou. Very helpful young lady assisted my mum to make her new sofa choice. She wasn’t pushy and didn’t give us the ‘hard sell’ but just gave us all the necessary information to make an informed choice.

Diariou could not have been more helpful and professional. She spent a considerable amount of time with us on two separate occasions, answering questions and offering further advice or alternative considerations where appropriate, all without being pushy (a major factor for us). She was engaging throughout and ensured we were happy with everything before any money changed hands. Her colleagues on the periphery were also helpful and welcoming and the whole team obviously works well together.

Irma Theunissen was such a lovely lady we had No pressure with buying . Sent all over to my email so I could decide myself and take measurements, so friendly and even when unsure we got it right they spent time helping and making sure we had right colour and size . So friendly and nothing was to much trouble. We went back the next day to Oldham and Irma Theunissen was there again and came straight over to help us then DannyLowe and Irma both sorted everything for us , felt so at ease and never felt rushed . Thank you so much

Paul was the nicest person you could ever wish to meet. He left us to look around at our leisure, and only came to us when asked, which is much better than being pestered every two minutes.
He was very helpful and knowledgeable, and very friendly. An absolute pleasure to deal with, and a credit to Sofology.

Staff allowed me to peruse the store without being accosted every few minutes unlike other furniture stores, the staff member I dealt with was extremely helpful

We went last week. Me and my partner the girl called diallo was her surname. She looked after us ten out of ten then on sat couse of diallo we jus went it took us practically 15mins wid paperwork was a in and out job im soo happy n pleased i will definitely come back for my other room sofas. I was allowed to decide in my own time and a salesperson- Phil was there when I needed him. He was helpful and explained the different types of leather without being too technical. After the initial time he followed up with emails of the choices I had made.
When I was ready he made it quick and easy, which made the purchase a piece of cake!
