I agree with the last reviewer. Great sales people and that's where the customer service ends, when you make the sale and sign the agreement. Trying to get a sofa delivered in desperation I contacted the Oldham store but absolutely not interested and kept pointing me back to the online delivery system. When I informed them that I cannot get on the system it faulty, the young lady I spoke to could not care less even when I asked to cancel.
Shockingly poor attitude once they have your order. Just before Christmas too we don't need this hassle especially now. Thanks for nothing Oldham sofology.

The salesman Jordan went above and beyond. He was polite professional and extremely helpful without being pushy.

The staff were welcoming and went through our options well. They helped us make our choices without making us feel uncomfortable or pressured.

From the customer support, to the staff in the Oldham store and pricing I couldn't be happier.

We was looked after by a guy called Paul Watts (aka Steve lol) who was down to earth and chatty which made us feel comfortable. Enjoyed our experience looking around and found his advice very helpful. Have been recommending Sofology to friends, family and colleagues already. Thanks for our amazing sofa... when it comes 😀

Paul Watts from the Oldham branch took care of me and my Mrs today, he was an absolute pleasure. His professionalism and knowledge made it easy for us both to pick a sofa. That’s how Customer service is done.

We went to the store at Elk Mil, Chadderton, Oldham. The person who assisted us with our purchase was great, very helpful, patient, knowledgeable and approachable.

The salespeople were very helpful and didn’t push us to buy which was quite refreshing. We thought everything was quite reasonably priced compared with the other stores we had been in.

Visit Sofology today 7/11/25 looking to purchase a new sofa, Diariou introduced herself she was very polite and left us to look around the store. When we decided which sofa we wanted to purchase Diariou was very helpful with all the information we needed.

I purchased a sofa set unseen due to time constraints. The sofa set is for an autistic adult so very specific requirements. Diariou at Sofology was very helpful by explaining the recliner sofa options and most importantly the fabric textures. Diariou sent me photos and video to assist me in making a choice which I did with confidence because of her help.

We were served by Jordan and had previously spoken with Phil. Both were really helpful, answered all questions and were friendly.

Phil Garner provided a lovely experience when sofa shopping. Very informative, helpful and didn’t push us into purchasing anything. We were very happy with the service provided.

Called into sofology Oldham to look for a new sofa the service was extremely good I was served by Jordan very friendly and knowledgeable had a good chat finally decided on a sofa, thanks Jordan

Hannah from the Oldham branch made the whole sofa buying process easy, extremely helpful with the configuration given our difficult space, went above and beyond by providing visuals and moving sofas around in-store to show how it would look!

Thank you Hannah! We never felt pushed or pressured, just guided to find the best sofa for us! (Even if it is her favourite too!)
