Bart was friendly and attentive without being over the top.
He was knowledgeable and was not pushy like other sales people we have come across.
The furniture itself was good quality, comfortable and at a good price,

His advice was clear and helpful, without being pushy. We left feeling confident in what we learned and had time to make an informed decision. Highly recommend Lloyd. Great guy!

The staff at Sofology in Rugby were always very welcoming and helpful in assisting my mother select her new sofa. We knew they were always there to answer our questions, but did not feel pressured by them, at any time, to make a purchase. A super shopping experience and we are looking forward to our new sofa and chair arriving in due course. Many thanks to Jason, Bart, Lisa and Lloyd for all your patience, help and advice.

I was very well looked after by excellent staff. Very professional, explained everything in detail and would definitely recommend the store to friends and family. In particular I would like to mention the sales manager and Lloyd who were outstanding throughout the whole process.

Today we were dealt with by Bart in your Rugby store, excellent customer service very polite and knowledgeable, NOT one of these sales people that attaches themselves to you at the hip and fires 8 million questions at you whilst pretending to be like a long lost friend,that sort proper pi$$es me off, he kept enough distance so we could nose around with out any interruptions and ready to assist when required. The salesman was not pushy but there when we needed questions answered. The products were all available and drove our decision.
All in all a surprisingly comfortable decision as we had almost committed to buy a sofa from elsewhere!!

terrible service. sofa was damaged in the process of bringing it in to my house the driver advised it's a non fit . spoke to customer service who are still to call me back after 10 days to resolve the issue. they have asked me to pay 25% charge as a
non fit and product is no discontinued however sofa it scratched and marked all over...

I have raised a complaint and I'm still on someone to acknowledge
