Joshua was really friendly and helpful. I dislike over pushy salesman but his approach was professional and excellent. He made us feel like we knew him and came across very knowledgeable. We had a very enjoyable visit and came away more than pleased with our purchase. Joshua deserves 5 stars.

Excellent friendly service
Ali was friendly, greeted us but then left us to browse and wasn't pushy. Sofa selected, he explained everything clearly and politely to complete the purchase. Exactly how a shopping experience should be, would definitely recommend.

We had no pressure sell , Josh made us a great cup of tea and basically left us to it until we were ready to ask any questions we were unsure about ! Honest, helpful & not pushy
Ali greeted us in a warm, relaxed way and never pushed a sales pitch. He was informative, guided us in the right direction, and then gave us space to explore. Later, Leon was on hand to answer our questions about another sofa and provided thoughtful insight and guidance. Neither were forceful—just genuinely polite, warm, and clearly focused on what was best for us. We ended up purchasing both sofas through Leon, whose knowledge and honest advice made the whole experience feel easy, trustworthy, and enjoyable. Thank you both for such great service.
