The sales person Harrison was great showed us different fabrics asked us about room size what would we be putting where informed us on parts of the settee would fit our room shown us what the settee will look like on his tablet all n all a very good sales person came away looking forward to my settee arriving .

Johnathan was very helpful assisted us through the whole process explained all the extras we could purchase from cleaning kit to extra care protection very pleasant experience thank you Johnathan

Colin was great help, Explained the features of the sofa so well I just had to buy same day.

I am feeling cheated after buying 3+2+1 sofa set from sofology. I ordered all 3 pieces with same fabric and colour. But 3 and 2 seats sofas came in different colour and different fabric. I reported this issue to customer care and have shared all the required images with them but they are not resolving this issue and just asking for more and more images. They closed my case without any resolution this is a shame. I have shared the images with them 2-3 times and it's clearly showing the problem. After paying the full price I didn't get what I ordered for. Very poor customer service from sofology edinburgh uk.

Harrison from the Straiton Edinburgh shop was lovely - not pushy, answered our questions and helped us pick out the perfect colour and configuration. Sofa is great quality for the price and very comfy.

Colin was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I went in to look for sofas, ending up buying a couple of ex display tables and saw a sofa I like!
Colin told me that I’d be calling Colin soon and I think he could be right! 😂

Purchasing new furniture can be stressful but Elaine made the experience easy. We felt heard and walked away with a sofa that truly fits our needs. Thank you so much!

Jonathan was very helpful . He gave us plenty of time to think & decide . He has good knowledge of each products and explained clearly.

Face to face customer service was great, when ordering my chair. But their notification for delivery has proven a disaster. I received a text and an email to let me know that my chair is ready and waiting for delivery. So I logged on their website and clicked where I can select a date to deliver my chair but there was only one date open. All the other days were greyed out. This open day was the next day, Tuesday. I work Mondays through Fridays and if I take that day off I lose money. I'm a contractor and get paid by the hour. If I'm not in the office I don't get paid. So I called Sofology to see if I can arrange a date. After waiting about a half hour to talk to someone I discovered that my chair was not in the warehouse and a delivery date could not be booked until it was in the warehouse. So, why was I sent a text and an email??? When I ordered the chair I was told it would be ready to deliver to my home on the 20th of December. Now I have no idea when I will get my chair, neither does the person I was talking to at Sofology! I guess Sofology does not have such a great customer service after all!!!

Great selection of sofas and very helpful staff to talk through the options.

Aida was very helpful, she also explained everything in great detail and made sure i understood everything that was offered to me. The floor manager was also helpful in explaining the different types of sofas they had and would fit my style.

Five stars!! Jonathan was great with us - so patient and explained everything so well .... he even took us out the fire exit to see our fabric choice in daylight - thanks Jonathan you're a star!

Elaine absolutely made our experience. She was so welcoming, understanding and full of knowledge. Did not pressure us into buying but we left feeling like we wanted to go back and only order with her because of her kind nature. Elaine listened to all our ideas and helped us narrow down our choices. She was so patient and I liked that she took time to ask us about our house project. It wasn’t about the sale, Elaine had a genuine interest. Two very happy customers!

Harrison helped us from the minute we walked into the store with a vague idea of what we were looking for. He helped us explore our sofa needs based on lifestyle/way we use the sofa and room layout, but also gave us time and space to browse and discuss.
Really friendly with great knowledge and asking the right questions. No pressure to buy on the day.
However, ultimately we have ordered our perfect sofa which is not what we had in mind to begin with!

Great service in store from Harrison, quick delivery and excellent quality sofa.

Item heavily damaged according to drivers and I have waited weeks for it. Chat bot useless and on hold for half an hour. I declined the order and am hopefully going to get my money back. What a waste of time.
