Had a good experience of buying a recliner sofa with massage from the store as the staffs were really friendly & patient.

My experience in your shop was made very easy by the friendly and helpful attitude, and seemingly vast knowledge from Shanelle who welcomed me, and then served me the next day when I arrived to place an order. Thank you Shanelle! After later visiting 2 other stores, I came back to Sofology and ordered the sofa suite I preferred. The only disappointment was that my favoured suite was not in the sale.

Having already been into a DFS next door with no luck, we weren't too hopeful, but the assistant Shanelle was extremely helpful without being overbearing. We had two children with us, it was near to closing but we never felt rushed. We were offered drinks and biscuits, given space to look around and given all the information we needed, before we knew we needed it! I could not praise Shanelle highly enough and we made a purchase that day.

We were welcomed as soon as we got in through the door by Kai , offered drinks and were made welcome to browse the sofas at our leisure. He was extremely helpful and showed us all of the sofas and what they were capable of.
We were able to browse at our leisure with no pressure.
When we found a suitable sofa, Caitlin offered assistance, and again assisted us with no pressure put upon us to purchase, a welcome change. She gave us all the details of the options available to us, sizes and measurements and relevant prices. We were given all the time we needed. Well done both for being so helpful and polite .

Kai was amazing helped with everything and was very good with our three kids all staff was amazing with my children.

From the moment we walked through the doors until we made our purchase the staff were really helpful but not constantly following you around.

The staff member Shanelle at Swindon has to have a big shout out. Her knowledge was excellent. We were very limited in styles we could have but she helped considerably.
