Went to “look” ended up buying
We went to look for a Sofa and was greeted by Kia who asked a few questions on what we were looking for and pointed us in the right direction. We were left alone to browse. We then went next door to a rival company where we were not met and their items didn’t clearly display the options, sizes and fabrics available. We went back to Sofology looked for Kia and ended up making a purchase. He very professionally went through the added options with no hard sell.

Kai welcomed us to the store and gave us time to have a good look around store . When we needed help Kai was available to answer questions we had . At no time did Kai make us feel under pressure. We purchased our choice of sofa and Kai went out of his way to get 2 samples for us to confirm at home the correct colour choice .

Just bought a sofa, chair and foot stall today. Shanelle was the one who helped us, she was very knowledgeable and accommodating. She was patient with us whilst we were trying to decide. Really great customer service and would highly recommend! Thank you

Amazing service
My husband went after a bad experience in DFS. Kaitlin was really helpful and he FaceTimed me whilst he was there. We finally ordered exactly what we wanted as we have a lounge with lots of doors and a weird shape.

Our assistant went above and beyond…
Our assistant went above and beyond looking after us. We had very specific requirements and she guided us through all the options they had. We also have a very awkward and narrow access to the property which involves stairs about which I was very anxious. She looked at all that with us and did a thorough investigation to ensure the delivery personnel could navigate and deliver the sofa.
She was unfailingly charming and polite. I can't rate her highly enough.
There is a good selection of sofas, the store is laid out very well and very clean which added to a pleasant experience.
