Great experience
Great experience. It was daunting when we visit store lot of choice I have to say staff was very helpful (crystal) help us choosing the sofa which was right for us. Next day we decided to change it from fabric to leather. Manager at store was very helpful I forget name apologies. He made the process so smooth.

the salesman took his time with us to explain all the different options while looking for what we really wanted rather than just looking for a sale. very happy with the service in store and would recommend anyone looking for a new sofa to visit Sofology :-)

The staff were so friendly
The staff were so friendly, they answered and showed us different pictures of how we could have our sofa. All the time was taken to make us feel assured we picked the right sofa. Also there was no pressure to buy it there are then like other places.

Sales staff were excellent - a perfect balance of casual professionalism and attention, as well as comprehensive product knowledge. Who knew that buying a sofa could actually be a pleasant experience? Just hope my order arrives on time and is in order.

Best salesman EVER!
Steve is the best salesman ever. I had my heart set on the Bellagio corner sofa but it was measuring too much of a tight fit for our home. I wont lie, I was gutted. My husband started to look at other sofas when Steve had a light bulb moment. A 3 seater! Once we measured up it meant we could buy the 3 seater, a foot rest (its massive) and a love chair (also HUGE) Its all thanks to Steve's quick thinking. The Bellagio is a HUGE suite of furniture and were thrilled that we got what we came in for. Steve was so friendly mannerly and polite and doesnt make a bad cuppa either. He was really knowledgeable about the product and his quick thinking saved the day. Were two very happy customers and I know the kids are going to love relaxing and having movie nights in comfort. We're so excited for it to be delivered.
