Footstool broken after 2 months… 9 months later still no replacement
- In May 2025 I ordered a sofa for over £3500 with their protection package
- October rang Sofology complain new footstool for sofa was bent as wasn’t assembled incorrectly and dangerous for children needs replacing so haven’t had use of. Asked me to use cover but didn’t work as was still under warrantee.
- January after long wait the parts arrive tell me book technician. He arrived and informs me wrong parts are sent and he can do nothing.
- [Order parts again pleading are right ones told me will arrive in week which was incorrect and was in fact another 10 weeks.
- Same process again and they have sent the wrong parts once more. This time made certain they’d sent right parts they repeated this process again with the incorrect parts once more.
- Now Sofology offer me to replace the footstool which I was trying all along. This I’m told would be another 10 weeks. Offered me £100 compensation then rang me day later saying would be £50. When asked they corrected.
- This was 12 weeks ago and have no correspondence or updates from them. Would seriously consider your options when choosing this company for your sofa. Was mislead and told about different wait times from different operators. Technicians told me the part is so common and they should have loads lying around.
- Long and short of it I have had my sofa since last August and only have had my foot stool for 2 months which is simply unacceptable. On top of this it is big and have had to keep stored in my small flat whilst waiting 10 months for my replacement that still hasn’t arrived. Another issue is the sofa is constantly spitting out feathers from the pillows which we were not made aware of before purchasing. This experience how I’ve been treated has really not been good and the fact they think a small token of £50 was acceptable after all the hours wasted on phone plus taking 3 days off work for a technician that could do nothing.

He was absolutely great. We had to go in a few times to show the family and missing family members. He accommodated us each and every time WITHOUT pushing us to buy right away or say there’s a special deal ( as we did with other competitors )
He was very walk and welcoming, answered every question ( numerous amount of times ) and in the end we bought the sofas we were happy with.
I can’t stress enough the importance of someone like him to your branch, he is a great asset.

The staff member who assisted me was extremely accommodating, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the purchasing process. She took the time to explain the product in detail and provided all the information I needed to make an informed decision. She also helped me choose the most suitable colour and material, while giving me ample time to consider my options without any pressure. Her excellent customer service made the experience pleasant and enjoyable.

Professional and courteous service
The customer Service agent was professional in his approach and left us to try out the furniture and also was around when we had questions. He also explained the differences between different sofas, material choices, finance packages, cleaning and maintenance. He was efficient and made sure that we were completely happy with the sofa we were ordering and also told her that we had 48 hours in which we could change our order if we wished to do so

Huge range and pleasurable shopping experience
There was a huge selection of sofas and I was comfortable browing without being 'stalked' by a member of staff, yet the minute I had a question, there was someone available! A great shopping experience with very helpful information from the staff there.
