Sadd was very honest and helpful in regards to what would work for myself and in my home. He gave a lot of time to us when visiting today. He was super friendly too and we actually went back asking for him specifically to deal with the purchase, he gave us a a few options as to what would suit us which was nice.

Went into Thurrock Sofology, just for a look around,assistant welcomed us and left us to browser. Spotted something we liked ,called Terese over,she was so helpful.

Alom and Saad delivered outstanding customer service from start to finish. They were extremely professional, polite, and genuinely helpful, taking the time to listen and ensure everything was handled perfectly.
