Made trip to purchase mstching seat for the sofalagy sofa that we purchased 2 years ago.

John, the advisor was welcoming and helpful and took time to explain the options open to us. When a small problem occurred with the paperwork it was immediately rectified by John.

Advisor in the shop was really helpful and was not too pushy. We appreciated the honesty and was very friendly. The quality of all the sofas we seen was a good standard.

Visited the store 3 times to decide on the best suite for us. Helpful staff on each occasion. Very grateful for the non -pushy attitude of the staff. I would have walked otherwise!
